This purpose consists of connection reference data consisting of information in which the coordinates of multiple terminals to be connected to each other are chained in a predetermined coordinate order, and a collection of coordinates of a series of terminals that are actually connected on the printed board. In a wiring inspection method that inspects printed circuit board wiring by comparing detection data, in addition to the connection reference data and detection data, the coordinates of a plurality of terminals to be connected to each other are determined from information chained in the wiring connection order. Prepare connection order data and detect wiring shortages (or disconnections) based on the connection standard data and detection data.
After extracting certain terminal information, point out the mating connection terminal that should originally be connected to the terminal with the missing wiring (or disconnection) based on the information on the terminal with the missing wiring (or disconnection) and the connection order data. This is achieved by making sure to do the following.

次に図面により本発明の配線検査方法を説明する。Next, the wiring inspection method of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

From the data of ■ and [phase] shown in Figure 3, □ can only be obtained from the inspection result data of the ward entrance, as already explained in Figure 2.
It is only known that there is a shortage or disconnection in the wiring to terminal e, but in the present invention, by referring to the connection order data 16, it is found that b is connected to terminal e, and the inspection result data 7 is is output.

As explained above, according to the wiring inspection method of the present invention, if there is insufficient wiring or a disconnection between the terminals of the circuit to be inspected, it can be determined in advance which terminal and which terminal has the insufficient wiring or disconnection from the inspection result data. This has the effect of making maintenance work easier.
