Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はアルミ製チューブ等の容器外周面、特に口部周
面に限定的に樹脂被膜層を噴射コーティングにより成形
する方法に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for forming a resin coating layer exclusively on the outer peripheral surface of a container such as an aluminum tube, particularly on the mouth peripheral surface, by spray coating.
従来、アルミ等の金属製チューブの口部外周面に合成樹
脂外層体を設けたものは多く提供されて,おり、その製
造方法は、金型内に前記チューブを嵌め込んでチューブ
の口部周面に射出成形によつて合成樹脂外層体を成形す
るか、又はチューブとは別個に合成樹脂外層体を成形し
てこれをチューブロ部に嵌合する方法か多く用いられて

接しておかないと噴射された合成樹脂が治具とチューブ
周面とのすき間から流下して被膜層の境界線をきれいに

ングによる容器の樹脂被膜成形方法を提供することを主

ーブであって、この実施例では第2図に示す様に肩部2
から上方の外周面に噴射コーティングによって合成樹脂

、前記間隙8から噴出するエアーによって溶融合成樹脂
が前記間隙から流下することが阻止され、且つ合成樹脂
材料が遮蔽部材4のチューブ肩部に隣接する部分に附着
する事を最小限におさえることが出来ると共に、たとえ
溶融合成樹脂か附着してもチューブとの間に間隙8があ
るので、次の作業の時にこれがチューブに附着すること

からの噴射圧力を調整することは勿論肝要であり、この
様な調整は容易に達成し得る事は発明者等によって実証

隙を形成し、この間隙からエアーを連続噴射させ乍らエ
アー噴射側に面した容器外周面に合成樹脂を噴射コーテ
ィングすることを特徴とする、噴射コーティングによる
容器えの樹脂被膜成形方法。 2 前記第1項記載の方法において、前記遮蔽部材は内
部にエアー溜りを有し、コンプレッサー等の高圧エアー
供給源からダクトを介して前記エアー溜りに供給された
エアーを前記間隙から連続噴射させ乍らエアー噴射側に
面した容器外周面にノズルから合成樹脂を噴射させてコ
ーティングすることを特徴とする噴射コーティングによ
る樹脂被膜成形方法。[Claims] 1.
