This relates to a subfloor construction method characterized by bonding the subfloor panel to the urea ground by injecting an adhesive through the holes in the subfloor panel after holding it horizontally, and its purpose is to provide sound insulation. To provide a subfloor construction method that has good properties, does not increase the finished height of the floor, and can form a flat subfloor with high efficiency on uneven urea ground.

Wet method 1 was widely used to form .

に手間がかかり作業能率が悪いという欠点があった。However, in the former case, the squeaks and shock transmission noises are large, so the sound insulation properties are poor when the flooring is installed, and the height of the subfloor becomes higher due to the installation of joists, so it is difficult to install the flooring when the flooring is installed. There is a drawback that the finished height of the floor becomes high when the floor is finished, and on the other hand, the latter method has the drawback that mortar finishing is time-consuming and work efficiency is low.
本発明はかかる点を鑑みて為されたものであり上記従来
の床下地重要の欠点を悉く解消したものである。The present invention has been made in view of these points, and eliminates all of the above-mentioned important drawbacks of the conventional flooring.
以下不発明を図面に基いて詳細に説明する。The invention will be explained in detail below based on the drawings.

Floor base panels 4, 4, etc. made of porous boards such as wood wool cement boards, wood chip cement boards, etc., in which holes 3, 3, etc. are bored through at intervals of 100 mm to 200 mm. ..., insert a wedge 5 made of wood, metal, etc. into the chamfer band 2 to hold the subfloor panel 4 horizontally, and then insert a concrete patch (cement, aggregate, A high viscosity concrete patch made by mixing Concretetex), an adhesive 6 made of mortar, etc. is injected and cured to form a floor base 1 and a floor panel 4.
This subfloor construction method is characterized by filling the gap between the floor panels and bonding the raw material 1 and the floor panel 4.

The floor panel 4 and the floor panel 8 may be held horizontally by connecting the section 7 with a floor panel 8 made of plywood, wood wool cement board, or the like.

The injected adhesive 6 fills the gap between the floor panel 4 and the floor base 1 and makes it possible to integrate the floor panel 4 and the floor base 1, which eliminates the squeak that occurs when plywood is pasted on top of the joists. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of impact transmission noise, etc., the floor finish is not as high as when laying joists, and the floor base can be formed using the dry method using the floor base panel 4, so the wet method is not possible. The subfloor can be formed with higher efficiency compared to the first method.
