成せしめる折れ目線形成機20と、前記フィルムの上方
に載置されている帯状当片9をその上端部をフィルムに
熱溶着する横シーラ25と、フィルムの両側縁を帯状当
片9と同時に熱溶断シールする縦シーラ28とからなる
