1ブロツクとし、多数のフ七ツクを一定フ宅ツク間隔で
搬送する装置に関するものである。

この種の間欠搬送装置は、フェンスやベランダデツキの

あり、従来は第1図に示すように、板材1の両端部を受
ける平行2条のチェーンコンベア6の側方に、前後方向
および上下方向に移動可能なボックスモーションバー7
を設け、イ図に示すように、先ずチェーンコンベア6に
1枚ずつ板材1を供給しながらピッチ送りし、所定数の
板材1がチェーンコンベア6上に等ピッチで並んだ時点
で、ロスに示すようにボックスモーションパー7を上昇
させて積み替えを行ない、次にハ図に示すようにボック
スモーションパー7を前進させて板材1を一括搬送し、
二図に示すようにバー7を下降させて所定(次工程)位
置8に降ろし、ホ図のようにバー7を後進させて1サイ
クルのボックスモーションを完了するものであった。

る毎に積み替え用コンベア3のベルトまたはチェーン3
a、3bを1ピツチだけ送るピッチ送り装置(図示せず
)とを備えて、所定数の板材1が積み替え用コンベア3
に供給された時点で、積み替え用コンベア3を下降せし
めることにより、板材1を一括搬送用コンベア2に積み
替えるようにしたものである。

なかったのであるが、本発明によればブロック間に間隔
を設けて多数のブロックを搬送できるという利点がある
