有する相互開閉式ホルダーとの間に予め容器原紙の両側
端部重ね貼り接合部の一方を外方に折り曲げ得るように
折目を設けた該容器原紙を供給して重ね貼りする容器の
製造装置において、上記重ね貼り接合部と対応する位置
に、前記マンドレルと対向して前面が容器壁面と対応す
る圧接面を有するシームクランプを設け、かつ該シーム
クランプの前面にシームクランプ内に収納可能な複数個
の突起棒が該シームクランプに内装されたスプリングに
より外方に張出してなり、マンドレル外面のホルダーの
咬み合せ動作によって容器原紙の両端部を互いに接近せ
しむることにより他方の端部より長くかつ外方に折り曲
げ得るように折目を付された一方の端部を、他方の端部
より先にシームクランプの突出棒に当接させ、該突出棒
の誘導により、前記折目を介して外方に折り曲げられる
折り返し部分を形成してマンドレル側に着かせ、他方の
端部をシームクランプの突出棒とマンドレルの間に介挿
させて前記の折返し部分の上に重ねることにより容器の
貼り合せ部を形成し、しかる後、該貼り合せ部をシーム
クランプにより圧着することで重ね合せ接合部を形成す
るようにしてなる容器の製造装置。 2 マンドレルと該マンドレル外面との適合する内面を
有する相互開閉式ホルダーとの間に予め容器原紙の両端
部重ね貼り接合部の一方を外方に折り曲げ得るように折
目を設けた該容器原紙を供給して重ね貼りする容器の製
造装置に於いて、上記重ね貼り接合部と対応する位置に
、前記マンドレルと対向して前面が容器壁面と対応する
圧接面を有するシームクランプを設け、該シームクラン
プを連結する作動杆がカムにより制動せられ、該シーム
クランプを後退段階11近接段階■、圧着段階■という
段階的にマンドレルに接近させるカム機構を備え、シー
ムクランプのマンドレルへの段階的前進とマンドレルへ
の段階的前進と、マンドレル外面のホルダーの咬み合わ
せ動作により、容器原紙の両端部を互に接近させるとと
もに、前記シームクランプの近接段階■において、他方
の端部より長く、かつ外方に折り曲げ得るように折目を
付された一方の端部が、他方の端部より先にシームクラ
ンプの側面に当接することにより、折目を介して外方へ
折り曲げられる折り返し部を形成してマンドレル側に着
かせ、他方の端部をシームクランプとマンドレルの間に
介挿させて前記の折り返し部の上に重ねることにより容
器の貼り合せ部をシームクランプにより圧着することで
重ね合せ接合部を形成するようにしてなる容器の製造装
