[Detailed description of the invention] A printing pad made of an elastic material such as silicone rubber, gelatin, polyurethane, etc. is used, and an ink pattern is applied to the surface of the printing pad using an intaglio plate, and then this is pressed against the surface to be printed. In offset printing, in which an ink pattern is transferred to the surface to be printed, a predetermined area of the inked surface is deformed due to the characteristics of the elastic material when it comes into contact with the intaglio surface and when it comes into contact with the surface to be printed. However, conventionally, the pressing deformation was obtained only by pressing the printing pad against the contact surface by downward movement.

Therefore, when printing on a wider area is required, the amount of deformation of the pad becomes extremely large, resulting in increased distortion of the printed pattern.

An object of the present invention is to provide a pad-type offset printing device that can obtain accurate printing effects by obtaining a contact surface with a large area without excessive deformation of the printing pad. A second refraction point is formed between the printing pad and the vertical movement drive mechanism connected thereto at an appropriate distance from the first refraction point from below, and the second refraction point is guided. Vertical movement is controlled by the plate, but the first bending point is located outside the regulation, and when the printing pad moves downward and touches the printing surface like an intaglio surface, an external force is applied to the first bending point. The printing pad is slightly deviated from the vertical line, and the printing pad is moved up and down when it comes into contact with the intaglio surface and the surface to be printed, and following this downward movement, the printing pad is automatically placed in a vertical position. The device is characterized in that it is configured to be tilted once to one side, so that the curved surface of the side portion follows the contact surface, and to automatically return to the vertical position in conjunction with the upward motion. .

1 is a printing pad whose lower half is made of an elastic material such as silicone rubber or gelatin and has an arcuate curved surface. The illustrated example shows a semicylindrical pad body that is long in the horizontal direction, but it is usually referred to as general octopus printing. This also applies to cases where the lower part of the case is semispherical.

The printing pad 1 is connected to a handle rod 2 to the lower end of an operating rod 3 so that it can be bent at a shaft 1a, and the operating rod 3 has two rods 3 so that the middle can be oiled with a shaft 1b. ay3b, and the operating rod 3 has trochanters 4 on the sides at multiple locations including the shaft 1b.
is engaged with the vertical guide groove 7 of the guide piece 6 attached to the fixed support 5, and the upper end of the lever and operating rod 3 is connected to the plunger 9 of the air cylinder 8. The printing pad 1 is driven by the vertical movement mechanism.

Thus, a first bending point by the shaft 1a and a second bending point by the shaft 1b are formed in the connection section between the printing pad 1 and the plunger 9 of the vertical movement mechanism, and the second bending point 1 is formed by the shaft 1b during the vertical movement.
b is restricted from vertical movement by the guide piece 6 from beginning to end, but the first bending point 1a is positioned below the guide piece 6 so that it is not restricted by the guide piece 6, and the printing pad 1 hangs down due to its own weight. I made it.

A rolling wheel 10 is attached to the shaft attachment portion 1a between the operating rod 3 and the handle rod 2, and the cam surface 12 is moved up and down along the cam surface 12 of the cam piece 11 attached to the lower end of the guide piece 6. A small protrusion 13 is formed at the lower end.

Although the support body 5 is not shown in the above configuration, it is made to be able to move between the intaglio surface and the surface to be printed, and after stopping on the intaglio surface, the printing pad 1 is moved downward and applied to the lower surface of the pad 1. An ink pattern is printed by an intaglio plate and moved upward, and then the support body 5 is moved onto the surface to be printed, and the pad body 1 is moved downward and pressed against the surface to be printed, and the printed ink pattern is transferred and printed. This is similar to conventional printing means of this type, but in the present invention, the printing pad 1 is

That is, when the printing pad 1 is moved downward from the position facing each contact pressure surface and comes into contact with the contact surface, the roller 10 of the first bending contact point 1a is moved from the vertical downward movement position by the small protrusion 13 of the guide cam surface 12. Since the pad 1 is slightly pushed out and deviated to one side, the vertical downward force thereafter acts in a direction to further deviate the first bending point 1a to one side, as shown by the chain line in FIG. The pad 1 is tilted using the grounding part as a fulcrum to bring the curved side surface into contact with the contact surface, and since the pad 1 contacts along the curved side surface, the deformation due to the contact pressure is not excessive. Therefore, since the amount of distortion during printing and transfer of the ink pattern is very small, even delicate printing can be performed accurately.

In addition, when the pad 1 moves upward, the restoring force of the original shape of the pad 1 automatically returns to the original vertical position for the upward movement and prepares for the next operation.

In this way, according to the present invention, the printing pad is moved up and down, and following the downward movement, the pad is tilted to one side so that the curved surface of the side part is brought into contact with the contact surface. The deformation distortion of the pad is slight and a wide contact surface can be obtained, so that a clear printing effect with little distortion can be obtained over a wide printing surface.
