Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は浄水場で多量に発生するケーキを利用する埋戻
し材の製法に関するもので、その目的は上水道等の浄水
場において発生し、従来処置に窮していたケーキを有効
に利用する方法を提供するにある。

本発明によれば浄水場で発生するケーキは、特別大規模

り埋戻し材として活用できるので、残土処理上も有意義
であるばかりでなく、山砂の購入も不要となり極めて経
済的である。

即ち、本発明の要旨は、浄水場で発生するケーキ10部

われるミキサーにより充分混合し引き続いて該混合物1
0部に対し、高炉セメントに少量の塩化カルシウムを配
合してなる処理剤0.5〜1部を添加して混合処理した
後、少なくとも1日間養生せしめることを特徴とする浄
水場発生ケーキを利用する埋戻し材の製法である。

化させる上で極めて有効に作用することが認められた。
