When the tea and confectionery drips, the tea leaves flow outward through the gaps between the packets and merge with the regular fed leaves, thereby making it possible to reduce the amount of tea and confectionery dripping.

When the packets 11 are reversed by the pull of the drive pulley 5, the connected packets 11 are separated and the gaps are made to correspond to the gaps 42, 42, 2, and 4, and the tea leaves spilling from the gap 42 are caught inside. When the tea leaves are received at the lower side and rotated to the lower side, the tea leaves are sent out from the gap E to be reunited with the regular delivered tea leaves.
