Containers for packaging fluids are now made of packaging materials with a core material such as paper lined with a thin film of thermoplastic synthetic resin, instead of glass bottles, etc., for rationalization of transportation and ease of post-processing. Packaging containers are often used.

Among these, toughness and openability are in a contradictory relationship, and efforts are made to achieve both. For example, when a bag-shaped packaging material is formed into a rectangular rectangular shape, perforations are made in the triangular edges formed at the corners. In some cases, it is kept in the bag, or a tear thread or tear band is added.

In addition, a hole into which a straw or the like can be inserted may be provided in the container, and the hole may be removably covered with a strip of paper or metal foil laminated with a synthetic resin film, or the inner surface may be covered with a synthetic resin film and the strip may be removed when necessary. There are many products that are used after peeling off and are put into practical use.

Furthermore, a container has been proposed in which a triangular ear piece is cut horizontally and the inner surface of the end is sealed by heat welding, and the container opens from the sealed part during use, but this is not easy to manufacture and has no opening. Since it is exposed to the outside, it has the disadvantage of being unfavorable from a sanitary standpoint.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has a simple structure, satisfies both toughness and openness, has good manufacturability, is excellent in material economy, and is preferable in terms of hygiene.
This product provides a new rectangular packaging container made of a packaging material in which a core material such as paper is lined with a thin film of thermoplastic synthetic resin on both sides. is formed, both sides of which are closed with thin films, and the triangular ears provided when forming the rectangular parallelepiped packaging container are thermally welded to the outer thin film of the notch.

Unlike punching a hole in a part of the core material, forming a cut in the core material of a packaging material does not produce chips, so there is no problem with chip disposal, and it is easy to work. There is no problem with the adhesion resistance when lining the plastic synthetic resin, and the manufacturability of the entire container can be improved.

As described above, the packaging container of the present invention is formed by forming a rectangular container using a packaging material in which both sides of a core material such as paper with cutouts lined with a thin film of thermoplastic synthetic resin are used to remove insects. Since the triangular ears are heat-welded to the outer thin film of the notch, even if an external force is applied to the container body during the filling process, the filling material will not eject from the sealed hole. Therefore, the outer wall of the container around the notch is not contaminated with the filling material.

Therefore, hygiene around the notch is maintained, and when the ear piece is heat welded to the outer wall of the container, the filling material does not interfere with the heat welding, making it possible to reliably heat weld the ear piece to the outer wall of the container.

In addition, since the notch is already sealed with a thin film on both sides, the heat welding will be incomplete and partial if the tabs are fixed to the wall to protect the notch from the outside. There is no fear that the filling material will come out to the outside even if heat welding is insufficient.

As a result, the packaging container can be distributed to the market with the filling hygienically sealed, without complicating the manufacturing process or wasting material by using special sealing materials, etc. This is extremely advantageous in terms of food hygiene, as it prevents the surrounding area from becoming unsanitary and from spoiling the filling due to incomplete sealing of the holes.

Moreover, by simply pulling the ear piece away from the wall surface, the outer thin film of the hole can be torn off, and the tongue piece produced by the notch can be lifted up, or even if such a phenomenon does not occur, only the inner thin film can be removed with a straw or the like. Not only is the opening process extremely easy as all you have to do is open the notch, but we have all had the experience of the container being exposed to external force when opening the notch, causing the filling to spray out from the opening and contaminating the surrounding area. In Although,
When tearing off the ear piece, which is likely to apply external force to the container, the inner thin film seals the hole, so there is no risk of the filler spewing out, and the inner thin film can only be cut by breaking the inner thin film with a straw or the like in the final stage of eating or drinking. The notch can be opened, and since the notch is covered with the tab, there is no fear that the notch will be opened inadvertently due to external force.

In other words, it provides both toughness and openability of the container, and also provides an excellent sanitary effect, and furthermore, it solves the problem of chip disposal which is seen in containers having a structure in which holes are punched.
