This adhesion-retaining coating film 2 generally has a weak adhesion between the vapor-deposited film obtained by the vacuum vapor deposition method described later and the plastic substrate, and even if the vacuum-deposited film is directly formed on the outer surface of the lid 1, the vapor-deposited film The adhesive coating film 2 is formed in order to prevent this from easily peeling off from the outer surface of the lid 1 and to maintain close contact between the outer surface of the lid 1 and the deposited film. Using vacuum deposition paint such as alkyd paint,
It is formed by painting using normal painting methods such as spray painting and brush painting.

Then, on the one hand, the printing layer 5 is formed of a printing ink with good releasability from the clear coating film 4, and the adhesion between the clear coating film 4 and the clear coating film 4 is weak, and therefore the decorative coating film 7 The adhesive force of the printed layer 5 attached to the adhesive tape 8 through the adhesive tape 8 is stronger than the adhesive force between the printed layer 5 and the clear coating film 4, Since the coating thickness of the decorative coating film 7 is formed thin, when the adhesive tape 8 is pulled off, the decorative coating film 7 on the printing layer 5 is sheared into the same shape as the printing layer 5. At the same time, the printed layer 5 is attached to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 8 via the sheared decorative coating film 7.

Furthermore, in the above example, a vapor deposition film was formed by vacuum deposition on the surface of the plastic molded product via an adhesion-retaining coating, but the surface of the plastic molded product was subjected to physical or chemical roughening such as sandblasting or chemical etching. If the roughening method is used, it is possible to omit the adhesion-retaining coating and form a vapor deposited film with relatively good adhesion directly on the surface of the plastic molded product, and it is also possible to form the vapor deposited film in a matte finish. , can give subdued satin-like metallic patterns and letters.

Further, in the above embodiment, the vapor deposited film was formed by a vacuum evaporation method, but the method is not limited to this, and a vapor phase plating film can be formed using an appropriate vapor phase plating method such as cathode sputtering or ion blating. It is also possible to form a printed layer on the clear coating film, and to form a dyed portion on the printed layer forming portion of the clear coating film using a dye contained in the printed layer. By using printing inks containing dyes of different colors or by adding dyes to only some of the printing inks for multicolor printing, it is possible to form dyed areas of various different colors. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably form metal-colored patterns and characters of various colors.

After forming a decorative coating film that adheres well to the entire upper surface of the film, the printed layer and the portion of the decorative coating film that corresponds to this printed layer are physically peeled off and removed from above the clear coating film. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably obtain a plastic molded product in which the entire base surface of the plastic molded product is covered with a beautiful decorative coating film, and metallic patterns and letters are formed on this decorative coating film. The color of the patterns and letters can be easily and freely changed by changing the color of the vapor-phase plating film by changing the color of the dyed part. For example, even with the same golden pattern, it can change from whitish gold to reddish. It is possible to freely paint in a wide range of colors such as gold and other colors as required, and it is possible to obtain extremely beautiful metallic-colored patterns and letters with a wide variety of variations. If no color is formed, or a dyed area is formed on the entire surface of the clear coating, and the entire surface of the clear coating is the same color, in particular, the cosmetic coating may be whitened using pearl paint, etc. When formed in a semi-transparent or light color, the decorative paint film is generally thin, so the decorative paint film is affected by the base, and the same color as the letters on the metal-colored pattern is projected, causing the metal-colored pattern and letters to appear in the same color. However, in the present invention, the effect of making these metal-colored patterns and letters stand out and make them clear may not be obtained by blurring the peripheral edges of Since the dyed portion is formed only in the area of the clear coating corresponding to the printing layer formation area, that is, in the pattern or character area to be formed, the above-mentioned inconvenience does not occur and the decorative coating is Even if this is reflected due to the background, the metallic patterns and letters will be clearly and beautifully decorated.
A embossed effect is given, and the decorative effect of the plastic molded product can be further enhanced.

In addition, patterns and characters are printed on the vapor phase plating film via a clear coating film using ink that has good releasability with this clear coating film, and furthermore, this clear coating film is applied to the entire surface of the clear coating film including this printed layer. Since a decorative coating film with good adhesion is formed on the clear coating film, only the printed layer on which patterns and letters are printed can be easily and reliably physically peeled off and removed from the clear coating film, and the decorative coating film and metal can be easily and reliably physically peeled off and removed. Color patterns and letters can be efficiently formed, and since the patterns and letters are printed and formed on the clear coating film using a printing method, fine and complex patterns and letters can be easily formed, and the printing layer When peeling off, the vapor phase plating film is protected by this clear coating, so it will not be damaged in any way, and the metallic-colored patterns and letters will be removed from the clear coating and the vapor phase plating underneath. Since these patterns and letters are provided by a coating, there is no inconvenience that these patterns and letters will peel off or be damaged by abrasion during use, and there is no need to use solvents etc. to peel off the printing layer, so it is suitable for plastic molded products. The substrate and the formed coating film are not attacked and damaged by the solvent, and the printed layer can be removed simply by physical means, so the removal work can be carried out efficiently and the process is also simple. It has the advantage of being able to decorate plastic molded products efficiently and inexpensively.
