Usually, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the steel material is attached from the peripheral edge of the hub 2 to the rim 3 at a predetermined angle in the radial direction, and is then cut to a predetermined size. At the side (left side in this case) bending part 4, the tip is bent at a specified angle α, and from this bending part 4, the tip is subjected to a head suspension to form the head 5, the root of the head 6, and the contact part 7 in order. On the side (right side in this case), a threaded portion 8 to be inserted and screwed into the rim 3 side is formed by wrapping rolling, and the portion to the left of the bent portion 4 and excluding the threaded portion 8 is formed into a filament. The shaft part 9 is finished in a straight line.

When inserting and fixing the fitting part A into the hole 10, inserting the threaded part 8 into the spoke hole of the rim 3, and screwing it together with nipples (none of which are shown), the tightening direction and the linear axis shown by the arrows are When the axis line X-X of the portion 9 coincides, the bent portion 4 is displaced to the position shown by the broken line as shown in FIG. 4 and receives tension, and as shown in FIG. When the filamentous shaft portion 9 is displaced and stretched to the position indicated by the broken line through the bending point t, and furthermore, in FIG. It will be displaced and stretched into position.

This is the hub 2 of the spoke 1.
During assembly, a tensile load is first applied to the bent portion 4 and then transmitted to the head 5, but it is assumed that stress is concentrated on the bent portion 4 and the base of the head 6 during the transmission. It is being

While the spokes are made of a material made of steel, a fitting hole is formed through the center of the spoke, and a protruding piece is protruded from the outer periphery with a predetermined gap. To provide a spoked wheel which is configured with a pub, thereby preventing the spokes from breaking, preventing the spokes from loosening, and further reducing the occurrence of wheel runout.

First, in FIGS. 7 to 9, a hub is provided with a hub hole 11 that penetrates and supports a rotating shaft (not shown) in the center. A suitable number (seven in this case) of protruding pieces 12 are integrally protruded and formed along the outer circumferential edge of H at predetermined intervals C in the outer radial direction, and each of these protruding pieces 12 has a shape on the outer circumferential edge. A pair of fitting holes n1 in the tangential direction are aligned with the hub center line v-v.
A fitting shaft 13 is formed in the center to penetrate and carve symmetrically around the fitting hole n1, and to fit into each of these fitting holes n1.
Axis portions 14 each having a circular cross-section with a slightly smaller diameter on both sides.
, 14 are provided with threaded portions 15, 15, respectively, at both ends of the spoke S1 made of flexible steel wire.
15 to the nipple 17 fixed to the trop 16 of the rim R.
The spoke wheel W shown in FIG. 7 is constructed by screwing into and tightening the spoke wheel W.

したものと云うべきである。Therefore, when assembling the spoke S1 to the hub H, there is no need to insert and fix the bent part formed at one end of the wire into the spoke hole of the hub as in the conventional method, and the installation is simple and easy. This is possible, and there is no need to bend the spoke material itself; all you need to do is form a fitting part in the center that fits into the fitting hole of the protruding piece, and a threaded part at each end. In addition, the production of spokes is significantly simpler than that of conventional hubs, and even when used repeatedly after the spokes have been assembled to the hub, there is no possibility that the tips of the spokes will loosen from the spoke holes of the hub or become severely damaged. If the hub is still on the hub, a suitable number of protrusions are formed with a predetermined gap on the outer periphery, and these protrusions are In the drilled insertion hole,
By fitting and penetrating the fitting portion at the center of the spoke, it is possible to prevent twisting and damage caused by torque applied to the center of the spoke, and therefore, the occurrence of wheel runout can be reduced. Furthermore, it is durable for long-term use, and it is more economical from a material standpoint because it suffices to use a material with a lower rigidity than that required for conventional spokes. The single supported steel wire performs the function of two conventional spokes, and it evokes a completely different concept in the viewer from conventional spoked wheels, fully demonstrating the beauty of the wheel's design. It should be said.

It can also be adopted.
