Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 有機固形廃棄物を原料とする醗酵槽による堆肥化工
程に於て、有機固形廃棄物中に混在する異物を攪拌搬送
行程中に攪拌装置の移行帯に設けた部材に付着させて分
離捕捉した状態で醗酵槽の一端へ移送し、醗酵槽の一端
に於て攪拌装置の移行帯を攪拌搬送時と逆方向に回転せ
しめて、移行帯が直線運動から回転運動に変化する直後
の位置に設けられ、移行帯と同方向に回転するブラシロ
ールにより移行帯に付着している異物を除去することを

[Claims] 1. In a composting process using a fermentation tank using organic solid waste as a raw material, foreign matter mixed in the organic solid waste is removed by a member provided in the transition zone of the stirring device during the stirring and conveying process. The adhering, separated and captured state is transferred to one end of the fermentation tank, and the transition zone of the stirring device at one end of the fermentation tank is rotated in the opposite direction to that during stirring and conveyance, and the transition zone changes from linear motion to rotational motion. A method for removing foreign matter in a fermentation tank, characterized in that foreign matter adhering to the transition zone is removed by a brush roll provided immediately after the fermentation zone and rotating in the same direction as the transition zone. 2. A stirring device is mounted on both side walls of a fermentation tank in which organic solid waste is composted so as to be movable along a guide member, and a transition zone is driven in both forward and reverse directions at the bottom of the cart of the stirring device.1 The drive shaft is attached to the shaft, a raking member is provided in the transition zone, a protruding member is attached to at least some of the raking members so as to be inclined in the raking direction, and an endless shape is formed between the driving shaft and the driven shaft. A fermentation system characterized in that the transition zone is rotatable about a drive shaft, and a brush roll and a foreign matter discharge chute are disposed at one end of the fermentation tank to be driven in the same direction as the transition zone.
