節を前記循環強制ダクトに適時に適量の外気を吸込んで
制御する構成としたことを特徴とする樹脂シートの加熱
装置。 2 供給源から供給される連続樹脂シートの両側縁をク
ランブチエンにより咬着して成形装置に間欠的に移送す
る直線径路中にシート加熱オーブンを設置し、該オーブ
ンはシート及びクランブチエンを自由に通過させ得るよ
うにした前面壁と後面壁、及前記シートaとクランブチ
エンの各外側を覆う左右の側壁とからなる固定加熱枠と
、その固定加熱枠の下側及び上側を側方退避位置からの
進出により覆ってほぼ密閉状とする大略コ形の移動加熱
枠により構成し、前記移動加熱枠に、進出によって前記
シートの下面及び上面に対応する加熱ヒーターと、下部
に吸出口を有し上部に吸込口を有するエアー循環強制ダ
クトとを設け、前記ダクトの吹出口から噴出する循環エ
アーを下面の加熱ヒーター間を通過させてほぼ均等に加
熱しそのエアーを前記シート下面に均等加熱エアー及び
加熱垂れ防止の支持エアーとして吸付ける構成としたこ
とを特徴とする樹脂シートの加熱装置。[Scope of Claims] 1 Both side edges of a continuous resin sheet supplied from a supply source are interlocked with clanbutene so that the sheet and clanbutene can freely pass through a straight path that is intermittently transferred to a molding device. A nearly hermetically sealed sheet heating oven is installed, and the oven is equipped with heating heaters corresponding to the bottom and top surfaces of the sheet, and a forced air circulation duct having an air outlet at the bottom and an air inlet at the top. The circulating air spouted from the outlet of the duct is passed between the heating heaters on the lower surface to be heated almost uniformly, and the air is blown onto the lower surface of the sheet as uniformly heated air and support air to prevent heating from sagging. A heating device for a resin sheet, characterized in that the temperature inside the box is controlled by sucking in an appropriate amount of outside air into the forced circulation duct at a timely manner. 2. A sheet heating oven is installed in a straight path in which both sides of a continuous resin sheet supplied from a supply source are interlocked with cranbutene and transferred intermittently to a molding device, and the oven allows the sheet and cranbutene to freely pass through. A fixed heating frame consisting of a front wall, a rear wall, left and right side walls covering the respective outsides of the sheet a and the crumb chain, and the lower and upper sides of the fixed heating frame are moved forward from the lateral retracted position. It is composed of a roughly U-shaped movable heating frame which is covered to form a substantially airtight shape, and the movable heating frame is provided with heating heaters that extend to correspond to the lower and upper surfaces of the sheet, and a suction port that has a suction port at the bottom and a suction port at the top. A forced air circulation duct is provided, and the circulating air ejected from the outlet of the duct is passed between the heating heaters on the lower surface to be almost evenly heated, and the air is uniformly heated to the lower surface of the sheet and is heated to prevent heating from dripping. A heating device for a resin sheet, characterized in that it is configured to suck air as support air.
