上に大きな障害となっていた。For example, when a sheet of vinyl chloride resin is bonded to an elastic material such as porous polyethylene resin to obtain an interior material for automobiles, bedclothes, or other suitable processed products, or when a vinyl chloride resin material is bonded to a textile material. Hot-melt adhesive films that can be used conveniently to obtain various products are widely known to be mainly made of polyolefin thermoplastic resin. The plasticizer transferred to the adhesive resin tends to cause peeling, and especially when exposed to temperatures of about 80°C, the peeling phenomenon becomes rapid. This has been a major hindrance to the use of vinyl chloride resin materials (and other resin materials) that contain easily separable plasticizers.

着用フィルムとなる。The properties of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer used in the present invention vary slightly depending on the vinyl acetate content, but
It is a thermoplastic resin that has good miscibility with rubber and has good processability such as extrusion and rolling properties. In addition, styrene-butadiene rubber has excellent aging resistance and heat resistance, and is compatible with the above-mentioned ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. On the other hand, ABS resin is a thermoplastic material that is tough, has excellent water resistance and chemical resistance, and also has good heat resistance, and these are expressed in weight percentages as above. If the mixture is heated and kneaded in a heating cylinder of an extrusion molding machine used for ordinary synthetic resin molding at a mixing ratio of After mixing, it is extruded into a thin string through a die, cooled, and then cut into small pieces with a cutter to make pellets.
The pellets are heated in a heating cylinder of a film processing device used to produce ordinary synthetic resin films, and then extruded from a die into a thin film to form a hot-melt adhesive film.

。A hot melt adhesive film having such a composition is placed between a vinyl chloride resin sheet and a thin material to be adhered in the same manner as conventional ones, and heated in a conventional manner. When pressed, the hot-melt adhesive film melts and exhibits adhesive properties, and upon cooling it forms an adhesive thin film. Vinyl acetate copolymer, styrene-butadiene rubber and A
It exhibits the above-mentioned properties based on the adhesive strength of the thermoplastic mixture of BS resin, that is, it has aging resistance and heat resistance due to the properties of styrene-butadiene rubber, and has the same properties as ABS resin. Due to its characteristics, it is strong and has excellent chemical resistance; therefore, the adhesive strength does not deteriorate under normal external conditions on dogs.

If the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and styrene-butadiene rubber are both less than 10% by weight, the adhesive strength will be poor, and if the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is more than 70% by weight. Or styrene-butadiene rubber is 8
If the ABS resin content exceeds 0% by weight, the adhesive strength is similarly poor; if the ABS resin content is less than 10% by weight, a peeling phenomenon occurs due to a decrease in chemical resistance; and if the ABS resin content exceeds 50% by weight, the adhesive strength is poor. It has become a thing and cannot be put to practical use.

This is because the excellent chemical resistance of ABS resin makes it less susceptible to the effects of plasticizers separating from the vinyl chloride resin sheet.
