Even in the process of gluing, pressing and pressing to create deformed flitches, and slicing them to obtain artificial decorative veneers, as mentioned above, the cracks in the veneer layers bonded and repaired with paper tape expanded during the pressing process using the uneven press. Not only will this result in poor adhesion, but also a layer with enlarged cracks will appear in the artificial decorative veneer obtained by such flitch slicing, increasing the rate of defective products.

It can also prevent cracks from occurring during the gluing or flitching process, and a portion of the sewing threads are exposed in the direction perpendicular to the grain pattern of the artificial decorative veneer, resembling a radial structure and very similar to natural wood veneer. It becomes what it is.

In the method for manufacturing artificial decorative veneers, in which material veneers are laminated and glued to form a flitch, and the flitch is sliced, the material veneer is sewn, so dyeing, pasting, flitch processing, etc. The process does not produce defects such as uneven dyeing, poor adhesion, or gaps, improving the yield of good products and greatly increasing the efficiency of raw wood utilization. It has the effect of revealing a pattern.
