Recently, a new physical education system has been developed to train the mind and body in a natural environment by performing primitive exercises such as climbing trees, hanging from trees, jumping over tree stumps, carrying logs, and riding on log rafts. In other words, the implementation of a field athletics system is considered desirable for building a rich human spirit and a strong body, and the construction of this athletic facility is requested.

It is hoped that the construction of this facility will utilize the natural topography as it is, and that it will be constructed using natural logs and other timber as the main material, without using building materials that are incompatible with the natural environment or the type of exercise, such as concrete or iron. However, these days, as natural materials such as wood are in short supply, they are expensive and difficult to obtain in various sizes.

The above is about manufacturing a straight product, but when manufacturing a curved product as shown in Fig. 2, after inserting the wire 2 into the straight outer cylinder 1 as described above, the outer cylinder is heated. It is desirable to soften and bend it into a desired shape, and in that state fill it with the filler 3 as described above.

During this bending process, if the wire 2 is not a straight rod but a spiral, it will bend together with the outer cylinder, will not deviate greatly from the axis, and will strengthen the product with only a slight change in the arrangement spacing in the axial direction. , there is no problem in shape retention.

Figure 3 is an example of a T-type connection of two pipe-shaped materials with different diameters.
In this case, a hole is made in the large-diameter outer cylinder 1 that matches the connection end of the small-diameter outer cylinder 1, and the large-diameter outer cylinder 1 is fitted into the hole and fixed by welding.

In addition, FIG. 3 shows the state in which the wire rod 2 is inserted after each outer cylinder 1 is connected, and the filler material 3 is continuously filled after this, and FIGS. The figure shows a state in which ready-made materials are connected using a chisel, but sufficient connection strength can be obtained by either method.

As explained above, the present invention provides a metal spiral whose outer periphery is close to the inner wall of the inner diameter hole of the outer cylinder made of thermoplastic synthetic resin and whose both ends are left open and whose diameter is the same over the entire length. A wire rod wound into a shape is inserted into the cylindrical body, and a filler such as concrete or foamed synthetic resin is filled and bonded to the cylindrical body, so that columnar materials for field athletic facilities of various shapes can be formed easily and inexpensively. , has excellent durability and does not change over time.
