It was manufactured by punching a sheet into the shape of a shoe sole, pasting it on the underside of the shoe, and vulcanizing it with hot air.

等の欠点を有していた。However, in the former method, a sole that has already been vulcanized is used during the processing process, so the periphery of the sole is molded to the curved surfaces of the toe and back of the heel. Therefore, adhesion tends to be insufficient, and if you try to use a sole with a periphery that matches the curved surface of the side surface of the shoe in order to achieve sufficient adhesion, you will end up with a complicated and large shoe sole with a carved surface on the side surface. This method requires a heavy press mold and has the disadvantage that it is difficult to remove the mold.

靴が得られにくい欠点があった。On the other hand, in the latter method, since an unvulcanized sole is used during the processing process, it is easy to fit the sole to the curved surfaces such as the toe area on the side of the shoe and the back of the heel, which improves processability. Although the adhesion to the underside of the shoe is sufficient, due to the limitations of calender rolling, soles with only simple patterned contact surfaces with no sharp lines or shallow engravings were obtained, and the thickness also varied. The drawback was that it was difficult to obtain shoes with excellent slip resistance and comfort.

This is what we are trying to achieve.

It is a pressure-molded, unvulcanized product, and specific rubber compounds include styrene-butadiene block copolymer rubber,
A rubber consisting of a mixture of styrene-butadiene block copolymer rubber and polybutadiene rubber in any proportion, or a mixture of styrene-butadiene block copolymer rubber with any other rubber as a main component, and a silicic acid filler of 40 PHR or more ,
Alternatively, 40 PHR or more of reinforcing carbon black or a mixture of a silicic acid filler and carbon black is added, and if necessary, other rubber compounding agents are added and kneaded.

Compared to styrene-butadiene random copolymer rubber, styrene-butadiene random copolymer rubber has a wider molecular weight distribution range and fewer long chain branches, so it shrinks and expands less during processing and has good mold flow, making it possible to produce products with deep and complex patterns. , it can be obtained as a clear image with high dimensional accuracy.

Therefore, the rolled-up part can easily fit into curved surfaces such as the toe part and the rear part of the heel on the outer surface of the shoe, and a shoe with strong adhesion can be obtained.
