【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は煉瓦の見付面に異なった模様を連続的に付加せ
しめる様にした模様入り煉瓦の成型方法に関するもので
ある。

んとしたものにして、以下本発明実施の一例を図面に基
づいて説明すると、本発明に係る模様入り煉瓦の成型装
置は押出成型機1のノズル2からローラーコンベア3上
に沿って連続的に押出成形される成形素地40両側に対
向する所定間隔位置にフレーム5,5′ を設け、該フ
レーム5,5′ の内側に略し状の上下一対の腕杆6,
6′−・・を所定間隔毎に配して夫々その一端を枢支せ
しめ、諌腕杆6,6り・・の他端には支持片7、7′−
・・を固着せしめると共に支持片7,7{・・間には表
面に横ジワ、縦ジワ、幾何学模様等の各種凹凸模様8,
8〈・・が形成された転写ローラー9。

より夫々異なった周期で付加されるため、重ねられた凹
凸模様8,8′・・・は夫々の凹凸模様8,8′・・・
が少しずつ位相した異なったものとすることが出来、更
に各転写ローラー9゜9′・・・の直径は互いに公約数
を持たないため重ね合わされた凹凸模様8,8′・・・
の反復周期は非常に長くなり、□付加される凹凸模様8
,8′・・・を無限に近く異なったものとすることが出
来るのである。
