In water heaters that use electric heaters that are currently in common use, even if high-temperature water is required quickly after the heater is energized, the water does not reach a certain temperature as a whole (1), so the high-temperature water cannot be used.

In view of the shortcomings of conventional water heaters, the present invention has been developed to allow use to begin immediately when a portion of the water in the tank rises to a high temperature. The water heater has been further improved to be able to respond to large requests even when the water inside the room rises to a high temperature and there is a large amount of demand. This system detects only the temperature of the water in the upper part of the tank and allows the water to be discharged when only the water temperature in the upper part reaches the appropriate temperature. This allows only a small amount of hot water to be requested. This eliminates the uneconomical need to raise the temperature of the entire tank to an appropriate temperature in some cases, and the details are as follows.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and cold water is supplied into the tank 1 from the water supply pipe 2 through the solenoid valve 3. When the water level in the tank 1 reaches the level detector 11, the control device 6 controls the solenoid valve 3.
is closed, and when the water level falls below the level detection device 11, the electromagnetic valve 3 opens, thereby maintaining the water level in the tank 1 within a certain range.

In this state, the water heated by the heater 7 is first collected in the upper part 1. When the water temperature near the upper hot water temperature detector 9 rises to a constant temperature 1, the temperature is detected by the detector 9 and the control device A signal is sent to 6, and this signal causes the control device 6 to open the solenoid valve 5, if requested, to prepare for discharging the hot water.

In this case, the preparation for opening the electromagnetic valve 5 upon request after detecting the appropriate temperature and controlling the power supply to the heater 7 are performed only by the upper detector 9, and the lower detector 10 is inactive.

In addition, when the signal line of the detection device 9 is always connected to the control device 6 as in the illustrated example, the changeover switch 8 is connected to the detection device 1.
The effect may be merely to connect and disconnect the 0 signal line a and the signal line C on the control device side.

In addition, if the changeover switch 8 is automatically controlled by a timer and the time period for multiple requests and the time period for few requests are investigated and set in advance, it is possible to heat a large amount of hot water to a high temperature when not in use in an unmanned vending machine. Eliminates waste such as heating,
The energy saving effect is significant.

1 Hot water temperature detection devices are placed above and below the hot water storage tank, a heater is placed at the bottom of the hot water storage tank, and the water temperature is kept constant by controlling the energization of the heaters according to the signals of the hot water temperature sensing devices. A control device was installed to maintain the water temperature, and a lead-out pipe was installed to discharge hot water from the upper part of the hot water storage tank, and a water supply pipe was installed to supply water to the lower part of the tank, so that a fixed weight of hot water was discharged from the lead-out pipe each time it was requested. In a water heater, the signal line of the upper hot water temperature detecting device is connected to the control device in the middle of the signal line connecting the control device and the upper and lower hot water temperature detecting devices, and the lower signal line is cut off. 1. A hot water supply device characterized by being provided with a changeover switch for switching between connecting both a temperature detection device and a control device.
