主弁を構成する主弁体を備えた応動部にリリーフ弁座及
びこれに対応するリリーフ弁体よりなるIJ IJ一フ
弁と逃し弁座及びこれと対応する逃し弁体よりなる逃し
弁とを装備し、応動部背後に形成された圧力室をリリー
フ弁を介してフラッシュバルブ本体の流出口側に逃し弁
を介して流入口側に夫々連絡せしめると共にこれとは別
個に応動部に小孔を設けて圧力室を常時流入口側に連絡
せしめ、上記リリーフ弁はリリーフ弁体にロツドガイド
を一体に設けてこれにロツドを摺動自在に装着し、押棒
により該ロンドを介してリリーフ弁体を傾動せしめて開
弁ずるようになし逃し弁は前記IJ IJ−フ弁の開弁
に起動される応動部の上昇が最大限に達するとき圧力室
内の圧縮された水を流入口側に逃すようにしてなること
