常な運転が阻害されることがある。In such a powder-containing liquid supply device, when the flow rate adjustment valve in the lapping liquid flow path is throttled down, the wrapping powder will settle in the lapping liquid flow path from the tank to the lapping surface plate, making the flow path narrower and reducing the supply amount. Furthermore, the flow path may become clogged and the normal operation of the lapping machine may be inhibited.

Since they are different, the flow rate of the lap liquid that flows out after the on-off valve opens also differs.

It is possible to prevent sedimentation and increase the durability of the vibration generating part.

Even when the valve is closed and the powder mixture is not flowing, it is possible to prevent the wrapping powder from settling, so as soon as the opening/closing valve is opened, the powder mixture flows smoothly at a constant flow rate.

Even if the supply amount of powder heat injection liquid is small, a constant amount can be supplied at all times, so there is no need to particularly control the processing time or manufacturing time. This makes it possible to improve manufacturing accuracy and greatly contributes to manufacturing equipment.
