伏堰に於いて、包被の過圧防止装置であるエアーブロー
オフタンクに挿入する過圧防止管の最高レベルとエアプ
ローオフタンク内の水面の前記強制排出に起因する最低
レベルとの差に相当する水柱に換算される圧力を前記強
制排出手段の最犬吸込圧力より大きくすることにより包
被内の空気を強制排出する時にエアーブローオフタンク
の水が排出することを防止したことを特徴とする可撓性
