However, as automobiles have become more luxurious, demands have been placed on the interiors as well, and so it has become necessary for the interior panels to be no longer simply flat, but to bend and deform the upper parts of the doors and armrests to enhance the decorative effect.

品しか得られない難点がある。However, when a bent portion is provided in the shape-retaining core plate, the conventional welder device has the drawback that the padding material is crushed at the bent portion of the shape-retaining core plate, resulting in a product with insufficient cushioning effect at the important bent portion.

もって一体化される。The above-mentioned structure is composed of an upper welder plate 1
The pressure vessel is raised to separate the upper mold 5 and the lower mold 3, and a hardboard having a flat main plate portion 13 with a protruding plate portion 14 provided on one side thereof via a bent portion 12 by a hot press method or the like, a shape-retaining core board 11 having the bent portion 12 for bending the padding material and the skin material to be placed on the upper surface of the lower mold 3, and the shape-retaining core board 11 having the bent portion 12 for bending the padding material and skin material to be placed on the upper surface of the lower mold 3, is placed on the shape-retaining core board 11 so that its back surface is entirely in contact with the surface of the upper mold 5, and a polyurethane foam or the like which has been impregnated with a synthetic resin having good thermal adhesiveness such as vinyl chloride resin is placed on the shape-retaining core board 11. When the other weldable padding 15 and the weldable covering material 16 such as vinyl leather, which is slightly larger than the shape-retaining core plate 11, are placed in sequence and the upper welder/fixing plate 1 is lowered, the upper die 5 of the upper welder/fixing plate 1 is guided by the sliding guide surfaces 6', 7' of the guide members 67 provided on the upper die 5 and the lower die 3, respectively, and the pressure in the vertical direction is converted into pressure in the diagonally downward right direction in the drawing, i.e., in the direction that is applied approximately evenly to the entire surface of the shape-retaining core plate 11, and the padding 1 on the shape-retaining core plate 11 placed on the lower die 3 is lowered.
The padding material 15 is evenly pressed against the mold surface 4 of the upper mold 5 through the skin material 16, and the padding material 15, which is impregnated with a synthetic resin having good thermal adhesiveness at the contact portion with the ridge 8 for forming the welt turn of the upper mold 5, is welded on its front side to the skin material 16 and on its back side to the shape-retaining core plate 11 to form a weld pattern 17. The skin material 16, padding material 15, and shape-retaining core plate 11 are welded together.
1 is integrated with a linear weld pattern 17 spanning the bent portion 12.

ある。The interior panels for automobiles manufactured in this manner have an extremely three-dimensional appearance due to the shape-retaining core plate 11 having a bent portion and the weld pattern 17 formed by the upper mold 5, and can exhibit a decorative effect superior to that of conventional interior panels for automobiles. In particular, the weld pattern 17 is formed across the bent portion 12 to form the protruding plate portion 14.
When this is achieved, the pattern does not collapse and durability increases, and furthermore, the padding material 15 interposed between the shape-retaining core board 11 and the skin material 16 maintains the same thickness without being crushed at the flat main board portion 13, the protruding board portion 14 and the bent portion 12 of the shape-retaining core board 11, thereby providing an excellent cushioning effect.

ものである。As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing automotive interior panels that can easily mass-produce automotive interior panels that have a three-dimensional feel and excellent decorative effect by using a shape-retaining core board with curved portions, and that also ensure sufficient cushioning at important curved portions. Combined with the advantages of a simple structure and low cost, the apparatus will be extremely valuable to the industry.
