2 is a single nail, with the head 3 of the disc body of the nail facing upwards, the tip 4 of the nail facing downwards, and the middle part of the nail 2 being temporarily held at two points using, for example, two wires 5 and 6. It is fixed and connected as a whole in a band-like manner and wound in a spiral shape.

At this point, the spiral state would collapse and it would be impossible to fill the magazine of the automatic nailer, so up until now, the outer periphery of the connecting nail 1 was held with a holding member such as a rubber band (not shown), and in that state,
The connecting nail 1 was stored in a housing for storage or transportation.

Furthermore, when using the connecting nails 1, these casings are brought to the work site, the connecting nails 1 are taken out from the casings, the rubber bands are removed, and the magazines are filled.

Furthermore, if the bottom part 7 of the casing or the like is formed of styrofoam or the like, the nail tips of the connecting nails 1 are pushed into the bottom part 1, so that the stacked state of the connecting nails 1 is not correct. New problems have arisen, such as non-uniformity and inconvenience in taking out the connecting nails 1.

In addition, the connecting nails 1 wound in a spiral shape are not wound around the central part 8 with a core (in order to fill the magazine of an automatic nailer and match the internal structure of the magazine). Since the space 9 is formed in the center, there is also the problem that the winding state of the nail group in the center is disturbed.

That is, the packaging tray of the present invention has a cylindrical shape that is open at the top and has a bottom at the bottom, and the inner diameter of the peripheral wall portion is approximately the same diameter as the diameter of the spirally wound connecting nails. The upper surface of the bottom part is configured to have a conical shape that is gradually raised upward toward the center with substantially the same slope as the conical shape formed by the tip of each nail of the connecting nail, The lower surface of the bottom has a conical shape that is inclined at approximately the same angle as the conical shape formed by the head of each nail of the connected nail, and gradually rises upward toward the center. A feature of the present invention is that these storage sections are connected and fixed via a flange formed above the peripheral wall so that a large number of storage sections are arranged and fixed in a multi-row, multi-column configuration.

In the present invention, each of the storage sections 10, 10, . . . may be modified in various ways without impeding its purpose;

Therefore, the spirally wound connecting nails 1 as shown in FIG.
..., since the conical shape formed by the tip 4 of each nail 2 of the connecting nail 1 and the conical shape formed by the bottom 13 of the storage section 10 are formed with the same slope, all The tip 4 of the nail 2 is attached to the bottom 13 of the storage section 10.
The nails 21 on the outer periphery are abutted and supported from the side by the peripheral wall 11 of the storage section 10, and the connecting nails 1
Since a part of the bottom part 13 of the storage part 10 is inserted into the space part 9 of the central part 8 of the nail, the connecting nail 1 can be kept in a stable state without being unrolled even if it is not held with a rubber ring or the like. In addition, the total weight of the connecting nails 1 is distributed and evenly applied to the bottom 13 of the storage section 10, and the tip 4 of each nail 2 is pushed out. No problem.

As described above, the packaging tray 18 having the above structure not only allows many connecting nails 1 to be stored in a well-aligned manner, but also increases the strength of the storage section 10 itself, which is advantageous when storing or transporting the packaging tray 18. Not only that, but if many storage units 10 are assembled to form a packaging tray 18,
Not only can this be placed on a flat surface, but it can also be placed tilted sideways.
