動体を一定の順序で駆動すると共に他方の区分け位置の
作動体を駆動せず、かつその駆動される作動体に対応す
る選針部体を前記両位置の一方から他方に移動させる循
環駆動体と、その循環駆動体により前記各作動体が順次
駆動、非駆動されるのに同期してその各作動体と対応す
る前記選針部体に編針を順次関係させ、かつその各編針
には前記選針部分の編針に対する対応、非対応に従った
選別作用を与える前記キャリジ上に設けられた選別装置
とからなる選針装置に於いて、前記各作動体の少なくと
も前記選針部体と連結される部分を、通常は選針部体の
移動に堪え得る程度の強さを有する撓曲可能な弾性体に
よって構成したことと、その各作動体の弾性体の部分に
連結され、かつその弾性体の部分をその弾性作用に抗し
て撓曲させてその作動体による選針部体の移動を拘束す
る拘束位置及び同弾性体の部分を撓曲させずに前記選針
部体の移動を許容する非拘束位置の間に移動可能な撓曲
作勤体と、摺動する前記キャリジ上の前記選別装置が稼
動編針区間の特定範囲を通過する時にのみ前記運動部体
の運動に関係して前記撓曲作動体を非拘束位置に配置さ
せ、かつ前記選別装置が前記範囲外を通過する時には前
記撓曲作動体を拘束位置に配置させる切替部体とを備え
