ツクが係止され、加圧力が解除されたときに、第1チヤ
ツクと芯及び芯ガイドパイプが元位置に前進し、かつ、
一定の遅れをもって前記係止片が第2チヤツクから離脱
して、該チャックが前進することにより、芯ガイドパイ
プに対して芯を繰出すように構成したことを特徴とする
