Water is drained to prevent freezing, but there are many accidents where water pipes freeze due to improper operation of the water drainage device or equipment failure, etc.At present, there is no method to detect in advance whether there is water in the water pipes or whether it has frozen. Not known at all.

る。Then, for this dry battery DC, as shown in the fourth figure, an insertion connection plug 23 having an anode a and a cathode S is made, and the insertion connection plug 23
are screwed 25 into the T-shaped water pipes 24, and the water pipes 24 are connected to the lower part of each riser pipe 5 by screws 26, so that when water exists in the riser pipes 5, both terminals a and b are in the water. If there is no water in the pipe, both terminals a and b
The anode terminal a is arranged so as to face the inner space of the tube, and the anode terminal a is arranged as shown in FIG.
To this, the first circuit L1 from the anode of the dry battery DC described above is connected via the lead wire a', and the main switch M is inserted into the circuit L□, and the first circuit L1 from the anode of the dry battery DC is connected via the lead wire b'. Two circuits L2 are derived, and an integrated circuit IC connected to two gate circuits for amplifying the potential of the cathode is connected to the second circuit L2 to adjust the amplified output of the IC circuit. B, and then from the first circuit to the main switch M to the third circuit L.
A light emitting diode LD and a self-contact holding relay RL are inserted in series into the circuit L3, and this is connected to the emitter E of the transistor Tr so that the collector C is grounded, and the self-contact l of the relay RL is connected to the emitter E of the transistor Tr. is connected in parallel with the main switch M, and when water is present in the riser pipe 5, current is passed between both terminals a and b, and the potential of the cathode terminal when the current is applied is amplified by the IC circuit. The voltage is applied to the base B of the transistor Tr to open the emitter E and collector C, and therefore the third circuit L is connected from the dry cell DC to the third circuit L.
3, so that the light emitting diode LD emits light in the drum, and at the same time, the contact 1 of the relay RL automatically closes the contact to ensure that the circulation circuit is self-maintained even when the main switch M is opened. Also, when there is no more water in the riser pipe, no current flows between terminals a and b, so no voltage is applied to the transistor Tr, so the operating body naturally stops and the entire circuit returns to its original state. The reset switch R8W is connected to the starting part of the second circuit L2 and grounded directly. If the main switch M is pressed incorrectly, the reset switch R8W can be pressed. The entire circuit is returned to its original state by stopping the transistor Tr.

This is provided to protect the IC circuit when the frozen object is thawed by applying AC 100V when it freezes.HD has a small resistance to the current flowing from the anode, so there is almost no current flow. In any case, if the current is in the opposite direction, the resistance becomes small and the current passes through it.Therefore, a protective diode is provided to protect the self-contact holding relay RL, and Vcc is the power source for operating the IC.
