60 to 7 because it is hard and has no water absorption effect at the raw material stage.
In order to obtain a raw material for fermentation with 0% water content, a large amount of rice husks must be added.

The disadvantage is that fully ripened compost cannot be obtained.

In addition to sawdust and hay, it is used as a raw material for fermentation, and in the process of supplying this raw material for fermentation to the fermentation tank using a transfer screw, a band material is screwed onto the tip of the support supported by pillars planted radially in the diametrical direction of the main shaft. A rice husk characterized in that the rice husk is fed to a fermentation tank after passing through a stirring mixer arranged in the oblong body using a special screw that is connected to the formed state and thereby creates a space between the main shaft and the strip material, and is then fermented. The gist of this paper is a method for producing fermented compost using fermented compost as a moisture regulating material.

に変化する。As described above, before feeding the fermentation raw materials sent from each tank, which are appropriately mixed in volume ratios, into the fermentation tank, in addition to the stirring and mixing that occurs during transfer by the screw conveyor, the fermentation materials are mixed radially in the diametrical direction of the main shaft. In order to mix and knead the material using a special screw, the strip material is connected to the tip of the vertical column in a screw-forming state using a vertical column as a support, thereby forming a space between the main shaft and the strip material. The rice husks that have absorbed water are transferred to the strip material, where they are struck by the support in the space between the strip material and the main shaft, and are loosened by the violent rubbing and compression of the materials, resulting in a water-absorbing state, i.e., rice husk. The rough texture on the surface of the pulp is removed, the fibers are exposed, and this changes to a state where it is kneaded and loses its hardness.

It becomes a raw material for fermentation of 60-70%, and the primary fermentation can be completed without causing moisture shortage, and the fermented material that has completed the secondary fermentation in the dumping ground and the tertiary fermentation by cutting back is as good as rice husks. It can be made into fully ashed, fully matured compost.

水分調節材として用いる醗酵堆肥の製造方法。1 Fermentation accelerator or chicken manure, which has made the sludge discharged from the N urine treatment plant have a moisture content of about 20% by aerobic fermentation and sun drying, is added to the main raw materials of manure, urine and sludge, and the present state of rice husks is added to this either alone or by In addition to scraps, hay, and other materials, it is used as a raw material for fermentation, and in the process of supplying this raw material for fermentation to the fermentation tank by a transfer screw, a band material is formed at the tip of the screw supported by struts planted radially in the diametrical direction of the main shaft. This method is characterized in that the rice husks are fed through an agitating and kneading machine in which a special screw connected to the main shaft and thereby creating a space between the main shaft and the strip material is placed inside the oblong body, and then the rice husks are fed to a fermentation tank for fermentation. A method for producing fermented compost used as material.
