本発明は排出側に向け噴出する強制風で堆積籾の自動排
出を営ませると同時に籾排出時に発生した塵埃が乾燥機
本体の周囲に飛散するのを未然に防止してこれが集中排
塵を営ませるととができる籾乾燥機における塵埃除去装

された籾を簡単な構成からなる排出装置により一粒も残
さず排出せしめるために乾燥機本体の底壁に複数列の送
風室を籾通路が形成せられるよう並列状に立設し、上記
送風室の左右側壁の低位側には並設した送風室の側壁に
衝突しながら底壁に沿い排出方向へ向け一斉に風を噴出
させる噴気孔を多数開口させた籾乾燥機における排出装

ところで堆積籾を上述のような強制風の噴送作用によっ
て排出作業を営ませると、前記強制風が籾に浴びせられ
ることで籾中に混入した塵埃が乾燥機本体の上方開口部
より舞い上がって周囲に飛散し、これが原因で作業場を
汚くする許りか、作業者に浴びせられることで作業能率

埃阻止体を横設せしめると共に排出側に面した塵埃阻止
体の終端近傍位置に吸塵筒の一端をのぞませて、籾を風
の流通による噴送作用で排出口より排出せしめる際に発
生した塵埃を乾燥機本体の周囲に飛散させず的確に集中
排塵せしめ、もって籾乾燥作業を衛生的でかつ能率的に
営ませた籾乾燥機における排出装置を提供しようとした
ものであって、以下に本発明装置の構成を添附図に示さ

節操作によって開閉口せられる排出口5が開口されてい

に前述噴送排出作業時に籾中に混入した比重の軽い塵埃

,3bの低位側および上位側に開口した噴気孔7から噴
出する風の流通作用で籾を所定含水率に乾燥せしめるこ
とができると共に排出口5を開口し、吸引翼車12を始
動させた時には堆積籾の安息角による自然排出作用と噴
気孔7より排出側へ向けて流通する風の噴送作用により
籾通路4上に堆積された籾を一粒も残さず排出せしめる
許りか、籾排出時に前記噴送作用で籾通路4より上方に
舞い上がろうとした塵埃を塵埃阻止体10で受け止め、
これが塵埃を吸塵筒11よりの吸気作用で排出側へ移行
させ、噴気風と共に本体1外へ集中排塵せしめることが

こと排出作業を衛生的かつ能率的に営ませることができ
