The coating is coated to form a coating, and this is baked under conditions of the dispersion temperature of the sublimable disperse dye to form a pattern printed on the surface of the coating.

A desired pattern is printed on the surface by a conventional method such as a printing method, and the ink 2 that is the impression is a combination of a sublimable disperse dye, a conventional silk, a colored dye for offset printing, and a sublimable disperse dye of the present invention. Compatible mixed dyes are used.

On the other hand, in the case of a mixed dye of a non-sublimable coloring dye and a sublimable disperse dye, depending on the blending ratio of the two, A double pattern is formed by coloring the surface of the product 1 and penetrating and dispersing it into the coating film 3.

表面処理加工には極めて有用である。As mentioned above, the surface printing treatment method of the present invention involves first applying a sublimable disperse dye as an ink to the surface of a printable material, applying a pattern, etc., and then layering a resin coating that matches the printing dye thereon. Since the printing process allows the sublimable disperse dye to penetrate into the coating film, the ink itself is never exposed on the surface of the finished product, which prevents wear and tear due to friction etc. on the surface of the product. Not only is it extremely durable, but when the ink is a mixture of non-sublimable and sublimable dyes, a uniquely thick pattern is formed on the surface of the product, which is different from conventional methods. Furthermore, since the printing processing method of the present invention uses an ordinary printing machine as described above to print on the surface of a synthetic resin product or a metal product 1, etc., the ink 2 It can be easily manipulated by converting it into a sublimable disperse dye, and the coating film 3 can be applied by simple methods such as brush coating or dipping, so it is extremely useful for small-scale surface treatment.

It remains a complete printed image until it is gone.
