蒸散装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to an insecticidal liquid evaporation device, particularly during the mosquito active period of the day and night, that is, from evening to early morning, and at an illuminance that substantially coincides with the mosquito active period of the day. The present invention relates to a transpiration device that electrically detects a period of time when the amount of insecticide decreases and automatically evaporates an insecticidal liquid during the period.

と云われている。In this mosquito repellent, a thick pulp mat is impregnated with insecticide, and this is placed on a hot plate to evaporate the insecticidal ingredients by heating.
There is a time limit of 9 hours, and when transpiring insecticides by heating, a large amount of the insecticidal ingredient evaporates in the initial stage, and the amount of transpiration cannot be uniform, and the evaporation time is limited to 9 hours. The insecticidal components change due to thermal decomposition caused by heating the mat, and it is technically impossible for the components in the mat to evaporate completely, and in fact, it is said that 40% of the components remain in the mat.

The present invention provides an efficient evaporation device that does not waste liquid by continuously supplying an appropriate amount of liquid from a container onto a heating evaporation plate via a supply pipe by utilizing the expansion pressure of the contained material.

Examples of insecticides include Allethrin (generic name) manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. An insecticidal solution prepared by dissolving (trade name) in a solvent is stored in a heat-resistant and sufficiently elastic airtight container with sufficient air, and the container is exposed to air during mosquito activity hours, i.e. during the day. Electrically and automatically heated only during a certain period of time when the illuminance is low.

。As a result, the volume of the insecticidal liquid containing the air inside the sealed container expands, and the contents that increase the pressure are placed on a transpiration sheet that has one end placed at the bottom of the container, the other end connected to the nozzle part, and the other end placed on the heating element. A portion of the insecticidal liquid is introduced into the pipe and dripped onto the transpiration sheet through a small-diameter supply pipe placed oppositely above.

Therefore, mosquito extermination work can be carried out automatically according to the mosquito activity time without any human intervention.

The effect can be sustained over a long period of time, and when the heating element for liquid agent evaporation is used as the heat source for heating the closed container, economical effects are produced, and the evaporation means can also be simplified.

The evaporation of the liquid can be stopped by stopping the heating to the container, and as the container cools, the pressure inside the container becomes low, allowing the residual liquid remaining in the supply pipe to easily flow back into the container using the pressure difference. Therefore, expensive liquids can be reused without wastage, and the supply pipe can be cleaned at the same time as the liquid is refluxed, ensuring comfortable use over a long period of time without the risk of pipe clogging. Since this method utilizes the internal pressure of the container to discharge the liquid under pressure, even a relatively highly viscous liquid can be reliably discharged, and the transpiration work is not hindered by the type of liquid.

The system employs a method in which the liquid is discharged using the expansion pressure generated by heating the contents in the sealed container, making the dispensing operation of the liquid reliable, and making it possible to drip an appropriate amount of liquid even with particularly high viscosity. It is possible to provide a device with a wide range of application for various liquid agents.
