せるものであった。The conventional method for transferring stitches in hand knitting machines is to use a transfer tool with a plurality of transfer needles arranged in a row on an appropriate handle or support arm, and once the stitches to be transferred are transferred to the transfer needles, , there is a known method of transferring the stitches to other knitting needles, but this method does not cause any inconvenience when transferring stitches between adjacent knitting needles on the needle bed of a single-plate knitting machine, but the method described above When transferring a stitch hanging from the knitting needle of one of the two needle beds of a drawing board type hand knitting machine that are arranged facing each other in a predetermined relationship to the corresponding knitting needle of the other needle bed, transfer is required. The knitting needle of the other needle bed to which the stitch is to be transferred is located behind the transfer needle holding the stitch to be transferred, and therefore the hook tip of the knitting needle is inserted into the stitch from the rear side and transferred. Because of this, each knitting needle to which the stitches are to be transferred must be manually pulled out to the required position one by one and the hook inserted into the stitches, which is a cumbersome operation and requires the transfer of stitches from one knitting needle to another. It was not possible to transfer the stitches quickly, which in turn reduced the efficiency of the knitting work.

。The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, that is, there is no need for the cumbersome operation of pulling out each knitting needle one by one to a desired position and inserting it into the stitch, and the knitting needles are moved to a predetermined position. This is intended to allow stitches to be transferred while remaining in position.

2 is opened, and each of its tips 6', 9' are bent inward at a substantially right angle, and both needles 6 and 9 have a stitch hook when the support arm 1 is closed, that is, the support piece 4, When the tip of the needle 4 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the grip part 8 of the stitch-taking support arm 2, the stitch-taking needle 6 and the stitch-taking needle 9 are separated from each other at a required interval and opened. When the supporting arm 1 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 13 in FIG. 3 and the grip portion 5 is brought into contact with the regulating piece 10. Each stitch is placed on the outside of 9' using needle 6.
The corresponding tips of the two are set in such a relationship that they join together (Fig. 3).

While maintaining this state, rotate the transfer tool a in the direction of arrow 13 in FIG. 3 to position it approximately horizontally above and in front of the needle bed b';
To make a stitch, the tip 6' of the needle 6 faces the hook 15' of the knitting needle N', and when the tip of the hook 15' is inserted into the through hole 11, the stitch is placed above the hook 15' of the needle 6. The suspended stitch 16 is released from the tensioned state and is transferred to the knitting needle N' by fitting into the hook 15' from above (as shown in the fourth figure).

The stitch transfer operation is completed by pulling out the hook 15' from the stitch transfer tool a, and the number of stitch take-up needles 9 and stitch picks arranged in the transfer tool a is at least the same as or less than the number of needles 6. Each stitch 16 hanging on a knitting needle N can be simultaneously transferred to a corresponding knitting needle N'.

6 is transferred to the corresponding knitting needle N' on the needle bed b', but conversely, it is also possible to transfer the hanging stitch on the knitting needle N' to the corresponding knitting needle N. In this case, In the same manner as in the above embodiment, the stitches to be hung on the knitting needle M are once transferred to the stitch-taking needle 9, and then transferred to the stitch-taking needle 6, and then the stitches are transferred to the corresponding knitting needle N.
By transferring the stitch-taking needles 9 and stitch hooks to the knitting needles N', which are equal to or less than the number of needles 6, each stitch can be transferred to the corresponding knitting needle N.

移転できるようにしたものである。After a knitting stitch is once transferred to a knitting needle, the corresponding stitch is transferred to a needle, and the stitch is transferred by the needle to another knitting needle that is about to receive the transfer. Therefore, for example, as shown in the above embodiment, of the two needle beds of a double-plate hand knitting machine that are arranged opposite to each other in a predetermined relationship, one needle bed has a stitch suspended from a row of knitting needles. When transferring to the corresponding row of knitting needles on the other needle bed, first transfer the stitches hanging from the knitting needles on one needle bed to the stitch take-up needles, and then Next, the stitch hook joins the tips of the needles, transfers the stitch to the stitch needle, hangs it on the tip, and then releases the connection and transfers the stitch to the other needle that receives the stitch. The knitting needle is placed opposite the knitting needle on the needle bed so that the stitch can be transferred by fitting into the hook of the knitting needle from above.

The knitting needle of the other needle bed to which the stitch is to be transferred is located behind the transfer needle, and therefore the hook tip of the knitting needle is inserted into the stitch from behind and transferred. It is not necessary to manually pull out each knitting needle to a desired position one by one and insert a hook into the relevant stitch by hand. The two were placed opposite each other in the required relationship as shown above.
The stitches can be easily and quickly transferred from the knitting needles of one needle bed to the knitting needles of the other needle bed.

After the joint is released, the stitch is transferred to the knitting needle on the other needle bed with the stitch hook suspended from the bent tip of the needle, so that the stitch hook is securely attached to the needle. It is also possible to hold the stitches and prevent erroneous operations such as the stitches accidentally falling off the needle during the transfer operation, which in turn can help improve the efficiency of knitting operations that involve transfer operations.

法。1 A required number of stitches are arranged on a pair of rotatably supported support arms at the same spacing as the knitting needles, and each needle is bent at a right angle with a through hole formed at its tip. For the needle and stitch pick-up, first transfer the stitch hanging from the knitting needle of the -10,000 needle bed of a pair of needle beds arranged oppositely in a predetermined relationship to the above-mentioned stitch pick-up needle. After that, by joining the tip of the stitch taking needle to the tip of the opposing stitch taking needle, the stitch is transferred to the needle, and the stitch is transferred to the tip bent at an approximately right angle. A method characterized by comprising a step of hanging the stitch, and a step of placing the needle opposite a knitting needle of the other needle bed that receives the stitch, and then fitting and transferring the stitch from above the hook of the knitting needle.
