There is a method of firmly joining the unit columns to each other to reduce displacement, but this requires special machining such as bolt holes to connect the joint piece to the unit column, and also requires a separate process from the joint piece. It was necessary to attach the piece to the unit column in advance, resulting in a modified cost-stored tab, and the joining piece had to be joined at a predetermined position such as a hole in the unit column, making the construction work that much more troublesome.

The present invention aims to provide a structure for connecting units in a unit-type building, which can firmly and easily connect units to each other using only a displacement stopper plate without any processing or pre-installation of special pieces. Therefore, its feature is that the pillars of adjacent units are sandwiched between two displacement stopper plates that are superimposed on each other with their grids facing each other, and that the pillars are connected to each other on the overlapping displacement stopper plates. This is the point where the overlapping parts other than the parts are joined with bolts.

In the drawings, 1 is a factory-produced unit that has a living space inside, 2 is a unit column, 3 is a unit beam, and 4 is a unit that is adjacent to each other on site. A grid of a predetermined width is formed between the units 1.
In the illustrated example, two metal plates, such as a wet steel plate, are bent to form a symmetrical pillar joining part 51 that tightly joins approximately half of the outer circumferential surface of the unit pillar 2.

。The two displacement stopper plates 5, 5 are connected to the adjacent unit 1,
The unit columns 2 and 2 are connected to each other using the grid 4 between them.In this case, the joining method is to place a displacement stopper plate 5 at an arbitrary position such as the center of the unit columns 2. Both unit columns 2, 2 are sandwiched between the column joining parts 51, 51 between the inner and outer displacement stopper plates 5, 5, which are applied from the inside and outside and overlapped with each other, and the columns on the overlapping displacement stopper plates 5, 5 Other parts other than the joining part 51, that is, both ends of the overlapping displacement stopper plates 5, 5 and the column joining part 51,
Each of the intermediate portions between the holes 51 is joined with an appropriate number of bolts 7.

有利である。The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and by bolting the unit columns adjacent to each other with a grid in between and sandwiching them between two displacement stopper plates, it is possible to integrate the unit columns with each other and increase the rigidity. Since it is a structure that is effective in preventing displacement, there is no need to make the cross section of the unit member particularly large as in conventional rigid frame unit building for earthquake and wind resistance measures, and the weight of the unit is reduced. This makes it possible to carry out transportation and assembling advantageously.
By combining a simple clamping structure using two displacement stop plates and bolt connections other than the column joint, the units can be extremely easily connected to each other without any processing on the unit column or attachment of other pieces. Furthermore, depending on the magnitude of the horizontal load, the unit column can be joined at arbitrary positions or at several locations, which is extremely advantageous in terms of construction.
