)。By the way, in order to provide the nozzle holes 2a and the recesses 2b in the multi-nozzle plate 2, first, in the first step, the multi-nozzle plate with a plate thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm is degreased, polished, pickled, and cleaned. Apply a photoresist 3 on the surface of the photoresist 3 (see Fig. 2C), and apply the light from the light source 5 to the photoresist 3 through the original plate 4 on which the pattern 4a of the recesses 2b is drawn (see Fig. 2). The etching solution 6 was applied to the multi-nozzle plate 2, and the pattern of the recesses 2b was developed and the exposed photoresist 3 was washed away (see Figure 2C). The plate 2 is etched to form the recesses 2b (see Figure 2C), and when the thickness between the front surface of the multi-nozzle plate 2 and the recesses 2b reaches 30μ, the etching solution 6 is washed away and the recesses 2b are etched. The etching is stopped and the photoresist 3 is removed (see FIG. 2C).

The light from the light source 5 is applied to the photoresist 3 through the original plate 7 on which the pattern 7a of the nozzle holes 2a is drawn (see Fig. 2g), and the photoresist 3 is immersed in a developer to develop the pattern of the nozzle holes 2a and exposed. Etching liquid 6 is applied to the multi-nozzle plate 2 from which the photoresistor 3 has been washed away (see second diagram), and the multi-nozzle plate 2 is further etched in the recess 2b where the photoresistor 3 was removed to form the nozzle hole 2a. (see FIG. 2C), when the space between the front surface of the multi-nozzle plate 2 and the recess 2b is penetrated, the etching liquid 6 is washed away and the nozzle hole 2
By stopping the etching of a and peeling off the photoresist 3 (see FIG. 2C), nozzles 2a and recesses 2b are formed in the multi-nozzle plate 2.

By changing the screwing amount of the adjusting screw 9 that is in contact with the front surface of the multi-nozzle plate 2 between the groove 2c and the groove 2c and adjusting the degree of deflection of the multi-nozzle plate 2 inside the groove 2c, the nozzle hole 2a
Because the direction of each adjustment screw 9 changes, even if the ink droplet ejected from the nozzle hole 2a does not fly in the desired direction, each adjustment screw 9
By changing the amount of screwing in, ink droplets can be ejected in a desired direction.
