Conventionally, the method of obtaining baked cedar-style or floating-style decorative boards is to use natural materials with a clear distinction between spring wood and summer wood, for example.
The surface of cedar wood, pine wood, etc. is burnt and carbonized by taking advantage of the difference in hardness and burning speed between the spring wood part and summer wood part, and then sandblasting, which creates shading due to carbonization and unevenness due to polishing. There was a burnt cedar decorative board or floating decorative board that realized this.

However, in recent years there has been debate about the depletion of wood resources, and the current situation is that so-called precious woods suitable for making roasted cedar floats are becoming difficult to obtain due to their price and supply capacity.

The technical idea of the present invention is that the same or different types of wood veneers are interposed with a self-heat-extinguishing adhesive or an adhesive that does not have self-heat-extinguishing properties by adding a flame retardant, and the unevenness is in a male-female relationship. A plurality of sheets are pressed and assembled using the lower template, and this is made into an uneven flitch. The flitch is cut to an arbitrary thickness using a slicer or a half rotary, and the thin pieces are made into a wooden base material,
This relates to a method for producing baked cedar-style decorative boards, which is characterized by adhering to a ceramic base material, etc., and then burning and carbonizing only the very surface of the thin piece, and subjecting the surface to processing such as sanding or brushing. It is.

■ By brushing, sanding, etc. to the desired degree on the surface of the product that has gone through the process of (■), a desired soft wood part is created by utilizing the local differences in hardness and softness based on the local differences in the degree of carbonization. The wood texture of natural precious wood made of spring and summer wood is reproduced on the veneer-covered decorative board.

According to this invention, due to the difference in hardness due to the difference in the degree of carbonization created through the steps from ■ to ■ or O above, this corresponds to the spring wood portion and the summer wood portion, and the surface is formed along the wood grain. A veneer laminated decorative board with a very unique wood texture with graceful unevenness is produced, and the product value is high.As shown above, the extremely low price of South and North Sea wood is used, so the price is very low. It has the features of being low cost and luxurious in appearance.
