【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は手編機に於ける選針装置の電磁式制御手段に関
するものである。

れた編針を介して、之と連動して順次作用位置に変位さ
せられるようにした選針板に対し、模様信号に応じて選
択された電磁石を励磁して対応する選針板をその作用位
置に引き留めるものであり、此処で一個の重要なる点は
電磁石の作動時に電磁石のプランジャが吸引されて衝動
行程をとるのではなく、編針の押丁げに伴って之と連動
して順次動かされるようにした選針板相当の部材をその
動かされた位置をそのまま選択的に保たしめるよう電磁
石を作用させ、電磁石は保持するのみで吸引行程の作用
を伴わないので之迄の例より著しく小容量の電磁石を以
て、良好な特性の電磁式選針制御装置となしたことを特
徴としている。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 信号記録体から読取った模様信号をキャリジの運動
と同期連動させて周期的に順次出力端に分配し、該出力
端に配設した電磁石を該模様信号に応じて選択的に励磁
制御して該キャリジの運動に応じて順次押下げられた編
針を該押下げ位置に選択的に保持制御する手編機の選針
装置に於で、該編針の押下げられるとき該編針尾端と係
合してカム作用で該押下げと直角に作動を生じさせ、且
つ該作動位置に其が保持されるとき該編針尾端を抑止保
持するカム溝を各形戒された連動部を該電磁石の数と対
応した編針本数のピッチで配設した選針制御板を、作動
順の隣り合う互の該選針制御板の該連動部が編針一針宛
順次ずれるようにして該電磁石と同数枚並設し、該選針
制御板の各板側に向けて各対応する該電磁石をその各磁
極のシュ一端面を摺接させて配設し、該編針の押下げら
れた状態のとき該電磁石を選択的励磁することを特徴と
する電磁式選針装置。
1. The same number of needle selection control boards as the electromagnets are arranged at a pitch corresponding to the number of knitting needles, and the interlocking parts of the needle selection control boards adjacent to each other in the order of operation are shifted in the order of one knitting needle. Then, each corresponding electromagnet is disposed toward each plate side of the needle selection control board with one end surface of each magnetic pole in sliding contact, and when the knitting needle is in a depressed state, the electromagnet is selected.
