本発明はベニヤ単板等板状物の定規出し方法及び装置に

の崩れ防止を含む定規出し精度の向上と、処理能率の悪
化防止との両立を図り、以て板状物の定規出し処理工程

Claims (1)
意速度より遅い速度で回動すべく構成して成る搬送体上
に移乗せしめる事によって、該搬送体と板状物との摩擦
を利用して該板状物の搬送速度を減速せしめた後に、搬
送体の搬送方向下手側に配設した規制体に板状物の先端
を当接せしめて、板状物の定規出しを行う事を特徴とす
るベニヤ単板等板状物の定規出し方法。 2 ベニャ単板等板状物を任意速度で搬送すべく,任意
速度で回動する上部搬送体と、引続いて該板状物を搬送
すべく、板状物の厚さよりも少い間隔を隔てて前記上記
搬送体の下方下手側に対設した下部搬送体と、板状物の
先端を規制すべく、前記下部搬送体の終端付近に配設し
た規制体とから成り、前記下部搬送体は、上部搬送体の
位置7′l)ら板状物の長さより幾分長い搬送距離を設
け、而も駆動系列内の適宜位置に一定の負荷により空転
するトルクリミツター等の駆動力伝達部材を配設し、常
態に於では前記上部搬送体の搬送速度よりも遅い速度で
、また板状物が介在した場合には、上部搬送体の搬送速
度に追従する速度でそれぞれ回動するよう構成した事を
特徴とするベニヤ単板等板状物の定規出し装置。 3 板状物の長さよりも幾分長い距離を隔てて平行状に
配設した複数の軸に、それぞれ複数のプーリーを回転可
能に嵌装すると共に、各プーリー間に複数の無端帯を張
架し、更にいずれか一方の軸と該軸に嵌装したプーリー

等の駆動力伝達部材を備え、該軸を介して前記無端帯を
適宜速度で走行せしめるよう構成して成る規制コンベア
と、該規制コンベアの上手側の軸に嵌装された複数のプ
ーリーの上方に、前記無端帯の表面から板状物の厚さよ
りも少い間隔を隔てて対設され各々前記無端帯の走行速
度よりも速い速度で回動せしめられる複数の搬送ローラ
と、前記規制コンベアの下手側の軸に嵌装された複数の
プーリーの上方に、各別に上下動及び遊転可能に配設さ
れた複数の押えローラと、該押えローラの近傍に配設さ
れた規制体とから成るベニヤ単板等板状物の定規出し装
