あって、上述の構戒によって結束後に放出される穀稈束
の放出直後の車輪による踏みつけや車輪あるいは車輪の
支持部材による引っ掛けを防止して放出束への悪影響を
皆無とし事後の処理作業を容易にせんとするものである
