設け、以って、前記台車2の制動用管路1A内への突入
移動に伴なって圧縮される台車2の受圧板7と弁4との
間の空気を、この空気によって押上げられることによっ
て形成される定圧弁6の抵抗板12とテーパー管5との
間隙を通して吹き出させて前記台車2の前後圧力差を一
