射出或型靴底付靴を製造されていた。Conventional molding that supplies molding materials such as two colors or two or more types of rubber or synthetic resin, and manufactures shoes with injection-type soles that are laminated with two colors or two or more types and have an uneven design surface on the bottom surface. According to the machine, a shoe last covered with an instep and suspended, a side frame mold that opens left and right, a bottom mold that moves up and down and has a design surface that forms the design surface of the sole on the top surface, and an upper surface of the sole mold. Using an injection molding machine consisting of a lid plate that covers the side design surface, an initial space is formed by the bottom mold whose uneven surface on the top side is covered with the lid plate, the side frame mold, and the shoe last, and the mold is filled in the space. The first molding material is extruded and pressed to form the first molded object, that is, the base of the sole connected to the bottom side of the upper of the shoe, and then the sole mold is lowered once and the lid is removed from the bottom mold. The plate is removed, and a molding material of a different type or color is extruded and pressed into the space formed by the bottom mold from which the lid plate has been removed, the certain mold, the side frame mold, etc., and the next molded product, that is, the bottom of the shoe, is molded for the first time. Shoes were manufactured with injection-molded soles attached to the base.

By covering the designed surface of the bottom mold with a cover plate to prevent the bottom material from entering, the bottom material that has entered into the unevenness of the designed surface and the cost of using the bottom material equal to the thickness of the covering plate can be saved and the thickness can be reduced. As a result, the cost of the shoes can be reduced and shoes with good lightness can be obtained.

があった。However, as shown in FIG. 6, shoes with the above-mentioned molded soles may be molded with the same color or the same kind of material on the bottom side, or may be molded with the same type of different color or different kind of material. The base part and the bottom part are simply connected one above the other, so that, for example, in areas prone to wear, a shaped part made of a bottom material that is hard or has good wear resistance, and a part that does not wear or bend relatively easily. With a bottom material that is relatively soft or less abrasion resistant in areas where it is more susceptible to slipping, it is not possible to provide the bottom material in such a way that the shaped part can be provided in areas that require more flexibility, and therefore slip. Not only is it impossible to manufacture athletic shoes with soles with fasteners, but there are also defects in that multiple layers of the same type, different colors, or different types are simply connected one above the other, and the bonding force is not sufficient.

良好で附加価値の高い靴を得る成形機の提供ができる。The molding machine for producing the shoes of the present invention is an improvement on the conventional injection molding machine that supplies and molds sole materials of two colors or two or more types of rubber or synthetic resin, and is used in areas that are prone to wear. A molded part that is hard or has good wear resistance, and a molded part that is made of a bottom material that is relatively soft or has low wear resistance for parts that do not wear or are easily bent, and parts that are particularly easy to wear or that are non-slip. In places where poor flexibility is required in order to attach a tool, a bottom material with this function is supplied into a space formed to have a capacity to accommodate it and pressed to achieve the desired command. These functions are provided in places other than the molded part that require easy bending according to the movement of the foot, or places that do not come into contact with the ground and do not require wear resistance. A shoe with a molded sole is manufactured by forming a sole material with a capacity that can supply the material, feeding it into the space and pressing it to integrally bond and mold the desired molded product to the molded material. A molding machine that molds both molded products by fitting them into a bottom mold of a dummy last with a large number of small dents on the bottom side and a large number of small dents on the top side. The ground bottom part, which has a protruding piece of the molded part that has a poor surface area, and the molded part above it, which does not require flexibility or wear resistance, are firmly connected, so not only does the bonding strength is extremely good. It is possible to provide a molding machine capable of producing a shoe with a very good appearance and high added value, in which two different colored or different types of molded products are expressed with clear boundaries on the contact surface side of the molded shoe sole.
