。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a coating method in which paint is sprayed onto objects to be coated that are conveyed at intervals on a coating line, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a coating method with high coating efficiency. It is something to do.
従来、この種の塗装方法としては、第2図に示す如く、

A commonly used coating method involves spraying paint from a nozzle B located on one side of the object A, but the sprayed paint does not pass between the objects to be coated. The disadvantage is that the coating efficiency is poor due to the porosity.
本発明は、かかる点に鑑みて為されたものであり、上記
従来の欠点を解消したものである。The present invention has been made in view of this point, and eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.
以下、本発明を図面に基いて詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings.

It is characterized by painting by blowing air towards the object, and as a result of experiments on a painting line with a hanger pitch of 8m, it was found that the conventional painting method described above
Although the coating efficiency was low, it was confirmed that the coating method of the present invention improved the coating efficiency to about 40%.

Therefore, the paint passing between the objects to be coated is pushed back by the air blown from the opposite side of the nozzle and floats and fills the film transport path of the objects to be coated, resulting in good coating efficiency.
