Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は主として自転車用タイヤの製造工程に於けるス
ダレ成形用ドラムに関するもので、成形ドラム上に巻付
けられたスダレ布の折返し操作ならびに成形ドラムの変
形分割機構を自動的に、かつ、正確に行なうことにより
、製品品質の向上ならびに生産能率を著しく向上せしめ
ると共に、次工程におけるスダレ成形体のドラムよりの
取り出し搬送を容易ならしめることを目的としたもので
ある。

成し、このためスダレ折返し操作にローラーを使用する
場合にはスダレプライ間の接着力知−ラーの圧着するセ
グメント部のみに限定され、セグメント間の隙間部には
ローラーが圧着しないため、この部分はプライ間が密着
せず、皺を発生して製品品質面に悪影響を及ぼし、又、
スダレ折返し治具をドラム本体と別に配置して折返す場
合には、接近して折返し操作を行なうが、別装置にする
ため別にフレームが必要となり、ビードワイヤーの挿入
、成形品の取り出しが困難になる難点があり、更にセグ
メント間の隙間を小さくするために種々の考案がなされ
ているが、何れもセグメント数が多くなり構造が複雑に
なってコスト高になる問題がある。

あり、下記の如き諸種の顕著な効果を有している。
