Conventionally, most of the stairs in concrete buildings are constructed using concrete cast on site, so constructing the formwork for the treads not only requires special techniques, but also requires highly accurate construction by skilled engineers. It was difficult to obtain the finished product, and once the concrete had hardened, it could not be used as a passageway, creating a bottleneck in shortening the construction period.

However, according to this invention, ready-made stairs can be temporarily installed between the floor and the landing, and between the landing and the floor, and can be constructed sequentially to the upper floors after the floors, etc. are constructed. First, it is possible to start using it in a short period of time after construction, and the stairs themselves can be manufactured in factories with high precision and mass production, and temporary construction can be performed on site without relying on special engineers, all of the problems of the conventional method have been improved. That's what I did.

That is, to explain this invention with reference to an embodiment, two pillars 2 and 3 are vertically installed on the first floor 1 at a predetermined interval,
A bracket 5 is fitted and fixed to the column 2 at the same height as the landing 4, and a bracket 7 is fitted and fixed to the column 3 at the same height as the second floor 6.

Since the brackets 5 and 7 have the same structure, the bracket 5 will be explained below. The bracket 5 consists of a tightening bolt 8, a member 9 for fitting onto the support, and a cover member 10 for contacting the support. Horizontal collar 1 installed at the lower end of
1, and the adjusting bolt 12 is screwed onto the support column 2.
The height can be finely adjusted by coming into contact with a support plate 13 fixed to the top.

Therefore, ready-made stairs 20, 21 are attached to the support rods 18, 19.
The upper end of the staircase 20 is suspended, the lower end of the staircase 20 is fixed on the floor 1, and the lower end of the staircase 21 is supported and fixed on the support rod 18.

Conch like this! J-) When 24.25 has hardened to a certain degree, the construction of the stairs to the second floor will be completed, and each floor and staircase will be constructed at the same time, and the next step will be to move to the upper floors, but before the floor formwork is removed. Since it is possible to use already constructed stairs, it is extremely convenient for construction work, and the construction period can also be shortened.

Since the pillars 2 and 3 can be removed after the staircase is constructed,
Of course, it can be reused as construction equipment, and when it is removed, it can be efficiently disassembled into a small volume because each part is assembled and fixed with bolts.

Next, to adjust the support height of the upper end of the stairs, fit the support plate 13 at a predetermined height on the column, and connect the side plate 16 and the latching hole 17.

Next, after loosening the tightening bolts 8 of the brackets 5 and 7,
Rotate the adjustment bolt 12 so that its lower end touches the support plate 14 of the support plate 13, and while checking the height of the support rods 18 and 19 supported by the brackets 5 and 7, tighten the adjustment bolt 12. When rotated, the bracket moves up and down relative to the upper surface of the support plate 14 as shown by arrow 28 in FIG. 4, depending on the direction and amount of rotation of the adjustment bolt 120.

In other words, the approximate height of the brackets 5 and 70 is the support plate 1.
Since the height is determined by the height of step 3 and the minute height that falls within the interval between the locking holes is adjusted using the adjustment bolt, it is possible to construct the stairs with extremely high precision.

The stairs 20 and 21 in the construction example have a spiral girder 29,
Although treads 31 and 32 are fixed in sequence to 30, and treads made of high-strength concrete are used, there are no problems with the material and shape of the girders and treads, or the shape and structure of the staircase itself.
, it goes without saying that the method of this invention can be implemented.

With this structure, the treads can be removed one by one by unscrewing the mounting bolts 42, and it is also possible to work on the outside of the stringer or to put your hand between the stringer and the wall. Since there is no need to insert the tread, it is easy to install the tread even in extremely narrow spaces, and
It is also possible to replace any tread.

That is, according to the present invention, supports are planted at predetermined intervals at a staircase construction site, existing stairs are temporarily constructed on these supports, and the stairs and the floor or landing are integrally constructed and completed. High-precision stairs can be efficiently constructed by ordinary workers without the need for advanced technology for formwork installation and concrete pouring associated with on-site construction. Since stairs can be used as needed, the construction period can be significantly shortened.
