Conventionally, sludge, such as sludge with a high water content, has been treated using methods such as mechanical dewatering and cement solidification, but these methods take a long time to process and prevent secondary pollution when reused in landfills. It was not satisfactory in these respects.

Therefore, recently, after adding a flocculant to the sludge, the sludge is put into a concentration tank to be concentrated, and the concentrated sludge is taken out and a coagulant (for example, a sulfate-based coagulant such as a water glass-based coagulant) is added and then mixed. A method has been considered in which a hardening agent (for example, a sulfate hardening agent such as an acid or an oxidizing substance) is added to this concentrated sludge and then mixed, and the sludge with the hardening agent added is then disposed of in a landfill or the like.

In such a method, it is very important for ground improvement by sludge treatment to quickly dehydrate the sludge mixed with a solidifying agent and then make the ground strong.

そこで本発明は、投棄したヘドロから早急に脱水し得る
ヘドロ処理方法を提供するもので、以下その一実施例を
第1図〜第5図に基づいて説明する。
Therefore, the present invention provides a method for treating sludge that can quickly dehydrate dumped sludge, and one embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

先ず第1図に示すように、透水性袋1に粒子2を入れて

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a large number of drainage materials 3 formed by placing particles 2 in a water-permeable bag 1 are prepared.

The water-permeable bag 1 is made of vinyl or other cloth, and it is particularly effective to use filter cloth.

また粒子2としては砂や骨材が使用される。Further, as the particles 2, sand or aggregate is used.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the water drainage material 3 is arranged on the sludge layer 7.

Then, the weight of the particles 2 presses the sludge layer T, and the water that oozes upward passes through the water-permeable bag 1 and enters the particles 2, and then is guided outside through the particles 2.

In this case, the dam 6 is formed high in advance or is raised one after another, and the drain pipe 10 from the drain pump 9 installed on the dam 6 is inserted into the dam 6. Dehydration may be actively carried out.

According to the present invention described in the above embodiments, a drainage material formed by putting particles in a water-permeable bag is arranged on the sludge layer which has been added with a solidifying agent and discarded, and the water in the sludge is removed by the weight of the drainage material. Therefore, the dumped sludge can be quickly dehydrated to create a strong foundation, and since the drainage material is easy to handle, the sludge can be quickly prepared for dehydration after being dumped.
