従来、ヘドロたとえば高含水率のヘドロの処理は、機械
脱水、セメント固化などの方法で行なわれているが、こ
れらは処理に要する期間、埋立地などへの再利用に際し
ての二次公害発生の防止などの点において満足できるも

えば酸または酸化物質など硫酸塩硬化剤)を添加したの
ち混合し、以って固化剤を添加したヘドロを埋立地など
