A first step of leaving connection parts at both ends in the width direction and arranging multiple parallel cutting lines at regular intervals, and cutting the strip into a band length, and a step of cutting both sides of the metal strip in the same direction at right angles. The second step is to bend the metal strip into a shape and insert a flexible core member over the entire length of the inner surface of the metal strip, and to attach a temporary fixing tape to the middle part of the metal strip, and to attach the flexible core member to the entire length of the inner surface of the metal strip. A third step of cutting off the connection part, and a second step of cutting the connection part.
The second step consists of folding and pressing both sides bent at right angles to the outer surface of the core material in the step, and peeling off the temporary fixing tape applied in the third step.

製法がとられていた。Conventionally, this type of band was made by cutting a strip metal plate in the width direction to make a large number of wire rods, aligning these wire rods to the length of the band, and then temporarily fixing them with tape and placing them on the core material. Place the wire rod on the back of the core material, fold both ends of the wire row onto the back of the core material, and crimp them.
Once the product was completed, the temporary tape was removed.

Since there is a risk of peeling or peeling parts of the wire, the work must be carried out carefully, and this has the disadvantage of seriously hindering mass production.

Each wire rod between the parallel cut lines is connected by a connecting part, which eliminates the traditional manual alignment and temporary fixing processes, allowing efficient mass production of high-quality, uniform bands. It can be made possible.

Perform 2 steps,
Next, a temporary fixing tape 4 is applied over the entire length of the middle part of the metal strip 1, and the connection parts 2, 2' at both ends left in the first step are applied.
Perform the third step of cutting out.

効果がある。In short, the present invention leaves the connecting parts 2, 2' at both ends of the metal strip 1 in the width direction and provides the parallel cut lines 3. ' is maintained in a straight line state, so the process of arranging a large number of square wire members and temporarily fixing the straight wire rods, which would have been extremely troublesome and manual procedures, is omitted. Moreover, unlike temporary fixing, there is no risk of the wire rows collapsing or peeling, and a flexible band can be manufactured efficiently and accurately.
