This is a method of making the veneer fit easily into the corrugated shape when stacking multiple pieces of flitch, and it also uses a wave-shaped template made of complicated or acute-angled unevenness to create the desired flitch. Our goal is to provide a manufacturing method that allows us to make these products, thereby contributing to the development of this industry.

が一般に公知であった。Conventionally, when making flitches for manufacturing artificial veneers, multiple pieces of veneer obtained by rotary cutting raw wood such as oak or cherry wood are glued together to create a wavy shape given by the unevenness on the top surface. It is generally known that a flitch is produced by laminating the flitch on a mold plate to be formed, pressing it from above with a mold plate forming a reverse wave shape on the lower surface that corresponds to the wave shape, and pressing it together.

Therefore, the wavy shape is relatively simple and has no unevenness. This technique had the disadvantage that only templates with obtuse angles could be used, and it was not possible to make flitches that could produce artificial veneers with complex patterns.

By passing the veneer 1 of Om/m between the rolls 2 and 3, the thickness (m) is 0.3 m/m to 1.0"/m.
After making the veneer IK flexible by crushing it and deforming it, the lower support is made of 60 to 200 pieces on the template 4 to form a wave-like shape given by the unevenness on the upper surface. The veneers 1, 1... are respectively laminated with an adhesive such as a vinyl acetate resin adhesive or a phenol resin adhesive, and the veneer 1, 1... is laminated with an adhesive such as a vinyl acetate resin adhesive or a phenol resin adhesive, and is given from above by reverse unevenness that corresponds to the wavy shape. After integrating the plurality of veneers 1, 1, . . . by phantom pressing with the upper pressing mold plate 5 that forms a wave-like shape on the lower surface, the lower support is assembled with the mold plate 4 and the upper pressing mold plate. 5 can be removed to obtain flitch 6.

It is best to use this treatment in combination with crushing.
