壁面用建材の製造方法を提供するものである。Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and at the same time, mixes cement paste by adding fine aggregate, waterproofing agent, and other admixture materials, and pours the kneaded mixture into a predetermined mold.
This is hardened to form a hard board with flexibility, and a recess is formed on the back of this hard board, and asbestos, calcium carbonate, vinyl chloride resin, and an organic blowing agent are added to the recess, kneaded, and hardened. Conventionally, by forming a porous and elastic flexible laminate made of a hard plate in a fitting manner so that a portion thereof protrudes evenly from the back surface of a hard plate,
In addition to being easy to attach to walls where it was impossible to attach stone or tiles, it has excellent heat and sound insulation properties as well as fire resistance, water resistance, and earthquake resistance, and is extremely easy to cut and work with. The present invention provides an improved method for manufacturing wall building materials.
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
