Therefore, when air-conditioning this operating room, the air is pumped into the room.
The air that flows into the room becomes a swirling flow and stagnates in the corners where the walls and ceiling intersect at right angles, resulting in poor air flow efficiency and
However, there was a sudden change in the air conditioning that was not available, and it was also good from a sanitary perspective.
There were some problems, such as not working properly.

The present invention has been made to solve these conventional problems, and is characterized by a modular operating room that is installed in an existing room that is shaped like a cube or a rectangular parallelepiped in a building. A peripheral wall assembled in the existing room by interconnecting a plurality of side wall panels arranged with a space between them and the wall surface of the existing room and having an entrance/exit at a predetermined portion, and an upper end of the peripheral wall. A plurality of inclined panels connected to each other so as to be inclined diagonally upward inward, and a plurality of panels connected between the upper ends of the inclined panels and stretched with a space between them and the ceiling of the existing room. An operating room with a trapezoidal vertical section in the upper part of the room is constructed using ceiling panels and flooring material stretched over the floor of the existing room. In addition to providing an outlet for indoor air conditioning air, etc., an inlet for the same air is provided near the lower end of the side wall panel opposite to this, and the back surface of the flat end of the inclined panel having the outlet and the ceiling and wall of the existing room are provided. an air conditioner that communicates with the outlet button and the inlet, respectively, in the space formed between the back of the side wall panel having the inlet and the wall of the existing room, which has a triangular cross-section; It is located in a prefabricated operating room equipped with ducts.

This reduces the volume of the room and reduces the air conditioning load without reducing the effective floor area of the operating room.In addition, the intersection of the ceiling and wall is cut in a slanted corner shape, making it possible to Prevents the air conditioning air from becoming stagnant due to swirling flow +)-L, thereby increasing the flow efficiency of the air conditioning air, ensuring that the room is always accurately air-conditioned and surgery can be performed in a sanitary and optimal environment. Furthermore, it was possible to easily assemble such an operating room inside an existing building.

However, after attaching the upper fixing frame 33 to the wall of the existing room, attaching the panel support frame 38 to the upper fixing frame 33 and the base member 65 to the floor 2 while aligning the vertical level, and then attaching the inclined panels 9 to 11. It is convenient to assemble the side wall panels 20 to 25, the ceiling panels 12 to 19, and the flooring 30 in this order, since the workability is good and the assembly can be performed very efficiently.

According to the assembled operating room 31, as shown in FIG. 14, inclined panels 9 and 10 and a triangular auxiliary inclined panel 11 are provided around the ceiling so that the vertical cross-sectional shape of the ceiling is trapezoidal. At the same time, each inclined panel 9, 10 is provided with a lighting device 47 so that the entire room can be illuminated from around the four sides of the ceiling, so the lighting efficiency is high and the entire room can be illuminated very brightly. can.

Moreover, the inclined panel 1 located on the upper side of the sterile room 7 side
0 is provided with an outlet 48 button and an outlet device 49 for air conditioning, etc., and an inlet 87 for the air, etc. and a suction device 88 are provided at the lower end of the corner panel 22 on the hallway 5 side.
As shown in Figure 15, the air-conditioning air, etc. sent into the operating room can flow smoothly in a fixed direction within the room, and an inclined panel is provided between the side wall panel and the ceiling panel to create a corner cut structure. This makes it possible to prevent stagnation due to swirling flow at the corners of walls and ceilings, which was the case in the past, and to reduce the internal volume of the operating room without reducing the effective floor area, reducing the air conditioning load. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 16, by forming the operating room into a hexagonal cross section, it is possible to improve the flow efficiency of air conditioning air, etc. in the flat floor, making the entire room extremely efficient. It can be air conditioned.

As explained above, according to the present invention, existing rooms in buildings with protruding pillars, beams, etc. and different indoor shapes can be fixed to a predetermined shape using panels that are easily standardized through factory production. It is possible to easily assemble an operating room in which the upper part of the operating room has a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape, and an inclined panel on one side is provided with an air outlet for air conditioning. Since the air intake port is provided near the lower end of the side wall panel facing the operating room, when air conditioning the room, the air for conditioning can smoothly flow in a fixed direction through the operating room, and the side wall panel and ceiling panel Since it has a corner cut structure with an inclined panel installed between the wall and ceiling, it is possible to prevent stagnation due to swirling flow at the corner of the wall and ceiling as in the conventional case, and to avoid reducing the effective floor area.
By reducing the internal volume of the operating room and reducing the air conditioning load, the air conditioning can be carried out efficiently and operations can always be performed in an optimal environment.

Another advantage is that air conditioning ducts and piping for electricity, gas, etc. can be efficiently installed using the spaces formed between each of the above panels and the ceiling and side walls of existing rooms in the building. .
