【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、紙幣傾針数機における計数制御方式すなわち
、ホルダーに装填する紙幣類群を吸引軸により1枚ずつ
吸着しめくりながら計数するよう構成した紙幣傾針数機
において、従来は、最後の紙幣類を吸引軸が吸着しめく
り終ると次に回転してくる吸引軸の吸引口より大気圧が
入りその結果バキュームスイッチが働いてカウンタ回路
への入力信号が制御されるものであるからバキュームス
イッチの動作時間によっては計数終了後カウントを起す
ことも往々にありよっである限度以上の計数スピードア
ップは無理であった。

の波形となって表れる、そしてこの波形曲線の一ピツチ
毎にカウントがなされるものである、計数すべき紙幣が
ホルダーにある間はこの波形曲線はAB線上で繰返され
て画かれるが紙幣がなくなるとゝもにAB線より波形W
は下降するものである、これは被吸引物がなくなり吸引
口より大気が流入するため従って吸引圧も大巾に下降し
波形Wは下降するのである、本発明はこの吸引される紙
幣がなくなったときに著効を発揮するものである、即ち
計数すべき紙幣がなくなってもその直後には従前よりの
作動慣性によってなおりラントはなされW波形も下降し
つゝ波形を画きつゝ更にCD線下へと下降する、問題と
なるのはこの紙幣がなくなった直後のカウントプラスで
あり即ち事実枚数より多少多くが計数される誤計数がな
されてしまうこのプラスカウントは吸引めくりの速さが
遅ければカウントされないで済むものであるが実際はす
べての場合相当なスピードで作動がなされているから必
然的に第4図PQ間のピッチ数丈実際上多くカウントさ
れた値が得られて実数より多回の数が計数されて居り色
々な不都合が起きているのが実情であったが、本発明に
より計数紙幣がなくなったことを検出するや直ちに計数
を停止し吸引ポンプもその作動を停止させ上記の如き不
都合をすべて解消し得たものである、斯種機器に於ては
金銭処理といういさゝかの過失や誤計数も許されない性
質目的を使命とする以上、本発明はその実用面に於て極
めて高く評価せられて然るべきものといえる。

幣の最後の紙幣がめくられた時にこれを検知するような
検出器を設定し、該検出器が発した検出信号で計数回路
への入力信号を制御するようにしたから最後の1枚がめ
くられると直ちに投光器から受光器に投光して入力を制
御することができ頭記のような従来装置に比し計数の高
速化に伴う誤計数の防止を達成するとゝもに計数刺通時
間を大巾に短縮し且つ簡単な構造で達成した特徴を有す
る、なお本実施例においては検出器として光学的な検知
方式について述べたが紙幣の有無を検出し出力信号を発
するものであれば、例えば超音波等による他の適宜なも
のとすることも差支えないことは言を俣たない所である
